I have ordered a few storage cabinets and just ordered a lateral metal file cabinet. Every single item I have ordered from this shipper pieces have arrive dented and damaged. Yes, I am very picky but why would I pay $200 plus for any dented merchandise. I emailed to ask if they'd send replacement parts and they just refer me back to Target. Target doesn't provide replacement parts and the packages are 100+ pounds. Who wants to return a package that size then have to get another and carry it again. Extremely poor customer service and quality of items. If you don't mind dented metal cabinets then this company is great. If you want quality you pay for I'd be cautious.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I like the design, it was a pain to assemble. I had to bring out the hammer to make the top part even fit. There were a couple screws loose that I had to tighten because otherwise I couldn't line up the drawers to shut them. These were screws that were already preassembled on the tracks. Speaking of screws, it was very very hard to screw them in. Most I couldn't do but a few turns. I was left with 2 pieces that I have no idea where they go. They're not in the book either. I have noticed the drawers get stuck on the screws still and can be very hard to close. The cabinet is spacious and heavy at 45 pounds and I do like the hidden drawer handles.

However, the filing cabinet seems sturdy enough to hold a ton of files and other items. I love that it locks and came with 2 keys. It seems very durable and will last!

In particular, you will not be able to open two compartments at the same time. You must ensure that one of the two compartments must be closed before you can open the other compartment, which increases the stability of the cabinet. I like it, the one minus point is that the assembly instructions are a bit difficult to imagine so it took me time to learn to install. But overall I still really like it. I will recommend to friends and relatives🥰

This file cabinet required extensive assembly, much more than I had anticipated. The directions and schematics were limited and confusing. It took several hours to build. The finished product is good (so 3 stars) but not great (somewhat rickety still). The assembly and directions get zero stars. An absolutely miserable experience (and we have a lot of IKEA so we are used to assembly - this sucked)

It is quite sturdy and is so nice that it locks. It comes with two keys and is really easy to lock. It's quite spacious and a great purchase.

The two drawer filing cabinet helped me get everything filed and organized! It was shipped in one carton (80lbs) and was very well packed, no scratches or dents in any pieces. The instructions could have been a little more detailed, I was left guessing a few times....but figured it out and was able to put it all together with minimal help. Definitely don't put the back of the drawer on first! I needed another set of hands to help fix my error and get the drawer front on. The other drawer went smoothly! Overall it looks nice and holds all my folders and paperwork securely.

It has two drawers that are divided into 2 so technically you get 4 spaces to use. The drawers roll smoothly and I think it has a safety feature allowing only one drawer to open at once. It locked with ease and kept my documents tight and secure. I’m really happy with it! Assembly you need to READ first, and make sure you really follow the instructions. Read them more than once maybe! The only tool you probably need it pliers. They say screwdriver but basically you need something to push the metal tab locks in. I feel like a screwdriver would scratch it up… The cabinet was packaged very securely and had no dings, dent or scratches! Overall I love it and it is perfect and better than I expected. It feels high quality and definitely not cheap or flimsy!

You can stick a printer on top or knick knacks etc. There is plenty of room for all of your household, or small business files.

this is a good home filing cabinet, however pay close attention to the details before ordering, you must put it together. I selected a metal cabinet thinking it would come assembled, my fault for not paying close attention to the description. This cabinet was difficult to assemble, especially since mine came damaged on one side, my husband helped me to make to work and if it wouldn't have been such a hassle to return I would have done that because it also came in the wrong color, it was putty not black so needless to say I will use it but was disappointed

Instead There are these little tabs that you pull out and then that's how it connects. It's absolutely genius. This is very durable and definitely a great quality. The size is perfect. I like that it comes with 2 keys, and not tiny flimsy ones. They have hard black coating on the top. I'm definitely pleased with this.

There was some assembly required but it will be very well made once you put it together. I like the white for a change instead of a normal black cabinet, just makes it pop!

It’s pretty clear the instructions were translated to English or written by a non-English speaker. They make no sense. Thankfully the photos are pretty good so I was able to figure it out. There are no screws or tools required which is nice. I like that the cabinet locks and come with two keys.
