I like that I can use it for multiple purposes in one machine. It is a little large so it requires space, and it has its own filters you have to buy to replace which may start to get pricey, but I’m interested enough to keep trying it. It’s also a very sleek design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first would like to note that I received this product complimentary for my honest review. That being said the Aqua Optima Filtered Water dispenser. Is a convenient water filtrating system. It dispenses hot and cold water. The temperature on the highest hot water setting is practically scalding. It’s not a bad thing in my opinion, it will give you piping hot for your tea and instant coffee without needing to put on a kettle. The water though, doesn’t get cold enough for my taste but it still gets cold. Only downside I find with this machine is the shelf tray and water tank. The shelf tray is pretty flimsy and difficult to adjust without running the risk of breaking it. I don’t believe it’s strong enough to support a heavy mug and I can foresee it breaking eventually. The metal drip tray that sits atop of it does not lay flush it easily slides right off. As for the water tank, it doesn’t hold as much water for as large as it is. The max level is maybe 1/3 of the way down from the lid and you can never get all of the water out when it’s full without having to refill it. The filter is also pretty difficult to put in and the water tank is difficult to take out. Overall I like the machine but I do hope they make improvements on some of these features in the future.

The design is sleek and doesn’t take up much room on my countertop. It looks gorgeous! The filtration system works AMAZING. This water tastes even better than purified I was getting from the store. Maintenance is so easy, every couple months replace the filter and every few days you fill up the tank with sink water. That’s it. Couldn’t be more simple. I’m in love with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this water filtration product from Influenster and Aqua Optima in exchange for my honest review. It is nicely packaged to not shift around in the original box and the electric cord and filter are separately packaged. It comes with one filter, and more are sold separately. It requires no installation and setup of the unit itself is super easy. Plug it in, get the filter installed after soaking it and placing it (that part was pretty straightforward and easy to do), add water to the tank on the back of the unit, and run it a few times (that part was a challenge, even with the instructions and took me a few minutes of fiddling with the control panel to make it work) to get the water going and remove impurities while using. The unit will definitely provide chilled (but not ice cold) filtered water, but can take up to 40 minutes to get there. Hot water, on the other hand, was surprisingly quick, mush faster than heating in a microwave. It has several heat settings but only one cold setting, and if you leave the unit on, the child lock automatically comes on after while so that the settings aren’t changes until unlocked, and the amount of water dispensed can also be adjusted from 4 oz all the way to 35 oz in a single dispense. The settings are easily adjustable with just the touch of a finger. It looks nice and modern on the counter, and has a rubber piece on the top, but I’m not sure what that’s for, and there is a drip tray that hooks on to the device, but the metal try on that is pretty thin. Also, cleaning the device can be a tricky job, as you pretty much have to start from scratch when you change out the filter and the unit has to be unplugged for a thorough cleaning and descaling, which can be performed with regular vinegar. The filters aren’t super expensive, which is nice and can last up through 26 gallons of water before the indicator light for replacing comes on the front panel. Otherwise, I haven’t had any issues with it this far, and like it, especially for the hot water. I would recommend it!

I love the fact it has a filter usually the bigger water dispensers don’t have a filter. I also love it’s a countertop so it takes up less space. The machine is easy to use. I can make myself hot tea anytime my kids want cold tea or use the cold or hot to make noodles. It’ll be easy for them to use as well.

I love that it isn't bulky and I fit it on top of my little fridge. This is perfect for my morning coffee the water dispenses very hot so just keep that in mind. This dispenser allows you to set the hot settings to your liking. As for the cold side it's ok it doesn't disepense water as cold but maybe it needs time idk. This is a good product overall I'm just happy I got to try this out.
