Super happy with it: sleek design, quiet, efficient, good flow, three water temperatures. We’ll see how well it holds up in the long term, but after researching water coolers forever and having reservations about switching from top loading to bottom, happy I made this choice.

I had the old style with the bottle on top. After a couple years the valve leaked and emptied the bottle on the floor. There was not way to get parts and fix it. We bought this one last month and are loving it. The bottles slide in the bottom so no need to lift them.

We bought this one last month, and we're loving it. The bottles slide into the bottom, so there's no need to lift them. We filter our tap water and refill the bottles, and now we don’t have to worry about putting caps on them. Plus, with the old style, as the water level dropped, it took longer and longer to fill a cup or bottle because it relied on gravity. This dispenser uses a pump, and it fills a 16 oz bottle in seconds. The buttons on top are easy to use, and it offers hot, cold, and room temperature water. The hot water is perfect for my morning hot chocolate. This is definitely the way to go!

The first one gave out after 4 years. But over all worth the money spent. If it starts leaking then just unplug it. Hopefully the second one lasts as long as the first one did.

The Cooler it’s self is nice has breathing room around the coils, just have to dust it monthly as we live in the desert and the dust bunnys build rapidly. Happy yo have invested in This water cooler and Price was great investment.

Very easy to install. It took me 10 min from unpacking to pouring a cup. You do need to purchase your own water bottle separately. After install remember to run a small cup of water and toss out. Recomened in install manual. Mine came with a little scratch on the side. You could tell the packaging had some damage on it when it arrived. Great Product. Very happy I got this cooler!

This water cooler is perfect for our family of 5. We drink a lot of water and go through about 12-15 gallons a week on average. The product works well, it’s nice to have hot water on demand as well as cold water to fill sports bottles or glasses for dinner. It is small and sleek and does not look like an office water cooler. This is EXACTLY what we wanted!! We had a bottom load water cooler before and it died so we purchased one with the water bottle on top. Although it worked fine, as we’ve gotten "older" it’s just NOT FUN to get that 5 Gallon Water Bottle up there!! Especially when we are using our Glass Water Bottles!! The bottom load is SO EASY and you’re not looking at an upside-down water bottle in your kitchen all day!! I really like the increased height for filling compared to our old unit.
