I hurt the top portion of my gums pretty badly from trauma, that it was constantly bleeding and swollen for about 2 years. I used many different toothpastes for sensitive gums and supposedly to “repair” the gums but nothing helped. My bf randomly tried this out and liked it, so he recommended it me. The same month after using this, my gums stopped bleeding and were no longer swollen! I cried from happiness and joy. I couldn’t believe it. I still can’t. I hardly write reviews but for this product I just had to! I’ve been using this every now and then to keep my gums in check. It’s only been about 5 months now. It’s pretty strong that I noticed it causes minor cuts if I use it daily. That’s why I limit the use for every few days. This also has removed stains after a couple of uses. It does have a funny taste but you get used to it after a while. This is a holy grail for me. I will never stop purchasing this. If you also hurt your gums, trust me on this. I wish I found this sooner but I’m so glad I finally did

This product is a joke. It no longer is a baking soda and peroxide tooth paste. I noticed a difference when the packaging changed. It is now just another fluoride toothpaste. The baking soda and peroxide are listed as inactive ingredients. That means they do nothing.

Until Target makes their own, I will continue to use this because my dentist recommended this toothpaste and to avoid "whitening" toothpastes because they are abrasive to the teeth. Some don't like it because of the baking soda texture, but I got used to it pretty quickly and am not bothered by it.

Tried this for the first time and had to throw away a full tube and another barely used tube. In the week of use, my lips got super chapped and the corners of my lips and face turned bright red and sore. Disappointed because the toothpaste itself seemed to work ok for cleaning teeth. I just can’t be walking around with red face fangs.

It’s got this weird after taste and makes it unpleasant to use. It does get the job done though so I give it a moderate rating because it still does what it’s intended for.

I'll be honest, I'm not usually a big fan of Arm&Hammer because it doesn't have a very strong minty taste and usually that's what I prefer in toothpaste. This specific kind, however, did, and it surprised me. This had a very refreshing minty flavor that kept my mouth feeling clean all day.

The formula is smooth and doesn't have a gritty texture. The taste is mild and minty, and it doesn't leave an aftertaste. It cleans my teeth gently, leaving my mouth feeling fresh and clean. I didn't experience any negative reactions or irritations, but my boyfriend, who is sensitive to SLSs, couldn't use it. Since I drink a lot of coffee, I feel like I've noticed a slight improvement in how white my teeth look. Overall, it's a good toothpaste, but nothing too remarkable. I'll wait to see what my dentist thinks when I see them in a few weeks.

There's a decently strong baking soda after taste. I docked it one star because my lips always feel like they're burning a little bit after I'm done brushing, but I have very sensitive skin so it's not surprising. I would purchase this product again.
