I have owned several PURE products over the years. Most recently, I had an oil diffuser that stopped working properly (though when it was working, it was a great product). I emailed PURE customer service, who promptly replied and offered to send me a replacement, although I no longer had my proof of purchase. No questions asked. I really like this humidifier but it stopped working on me. I’ve been pretty stressed out lately because of work and this humidifier truly help relaxes me. I tried to find another one to replace this one but nothing beats this humidifier. The mist is strong and it gives off a great scent when I use my essential oils. So I took matters in my own hands and called customer service to see if they can do anything to assist me. They answered promptly ! Which was amazing because I know a lot of place would have had me on hold for at least 30 minutes. They even gave me an option to replace it ! I’m very happy with the customer service and the product overall. I’m looking forward to using this humidifier again!

I received this diffuser as a housewarming gift a couple years ago. I loved my diffuser and I used it multiple times. Sadly, I noticed the LED stopped working a few months later. I didn't have a gift receipt for the item so I didn't bother trying to fix it. Shortly after, I faced a difficult time in my life and lost almost everything. The diffuser was one of the few items I kept with me. A week ago, I was using the diffuser and I wanted to fix the LED issue. I contacted Pure to see if they could assist me with how to troubleshoot the issue. The representative was very supportive and they offered to provide me a replacement. I didn't expect them to ship a brand new diffuser! I was astonished with the outstanding customer service. I can't thank Pure and the representative enough for their act of kindness. They made my day.

I have bought and used many diffusers over the years, and in my quest I must say you won't find a better diffuser than what "Pure Enrichment" offers. They are the easiest to use and with a minimal amount of essential oils do an excellent job of diffusing the fragrance. They are also the absolute easiest to clean and quiet in operation. I can't imagine anything negative to say of them or a better option for a diffuser, they are truly the "Best of the Best" of diffusers. Thank you "Pure Enrichment" for continuing to provide such an excellent diffuser.
