Description
The Avalon 3 Temperature Bottom Loading Water Cooler with Child Safety Lock is made with an innovative stainless steel body. It offers a choice of 3 water temperatures. The easy-to-use push button spouts make it so much more convenient to use. Simply press the temperature button of choice and allow the water to flow from the given spout. The machines highly efficient compressor makes the cold water crisp and ice cold at approximately 47° F without the need of adding ice cubes to your drink. The hot faucet is hot enough to cook one's tea or coffee or any other steaming hot beverage at approximately 185° F. Due to the extremely hot water, we've added a child safety lock on the hot water faucet. We have incorporated a nightlight that can be switched on from the back of the unit. This will make filling up your cup at night so much more simple and easy. The dispensing area is 12x3x10 inches with 9 inches of space below the spouts. This will accommodate most large cups or bottles. There is a removable drip tray at the bottom of the dispensing area to catch any drips or spills. This water cooler is bottom loading with a cabinet to hold 3 or 5 gallon bottles. The water is pumped from the bottle through the machine. There is also an empty-bottle indicator that will light up when the bottle needs to be replaced. The water cooler is UL listed and complies with all standards of Energy Star. The unit dimensions are 41x12x13 inches.

A: Yes, you can use a 5 Gallon water bottle for this device. I've been using the 5 Gallon Poland Spring bottle for this device.

Q: Can I use a glass 5 gallon with this?

A: Hi Natalie, Yes, a 5-gallon glass bottle will be compatible with this unit. Most glass bottles are designed with a twist on/off cap so they can be refilled and stored. Some of these bottles tend to have a more narrow neck and can be a bit too narrow to connect to the probe properly. It works fine with no issues. But when it came in as soon as we opened the box we noticed a dent which was disappointing as we needed in that moment and didn't have the time to request for a refund or and exchange.

I bought this dispenser in Feb 2022 and now Feb 2025 it has stopped working. Worked good for that time but now the water in the tank keeps freezing. I'll try another brand but may come back.

Only got it 3 days ago but so far so good. Quality, look, temperature is good for me. Will see how goes at long term. I don't find that is very noisy so far. My only concern is if I use only the cold water what happen with the water in cool and hot water? I wish I could choose not adding water in the cool or hot dispenser. If the cie can reply to my questions would be appreciated.

I would never buy another water cooler from Avalon. Customer service is horrible. I have purchased 2 coolers in the last three years. Both stopped working after the one-year warranty.

This product was amazing for 1 year......... not the water freezes and doesn't dispense. I have drained the water and melted all the ice and it just happens again. When I reached out to the company all they offered was a 10% coupon or I could order a thermostat to fix the freezing and if that didn't work I would get my money back for the thermostat but still turn around have to buy another water unit. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AT ALL

We have had it in the office for 2 years now and the water still has a chemical taste from either the filler line or the cooling compartment. Can't get rid of the taste, doesn't matter what we do.
