A: The formula mixer does not have a heating plate in it. If you want a warm bottle then you may need the bottle warmer.

After about 1 month, machine started having some power surge issue and just stops in the middle of the cycle. It is very annoying aand frustrating because you cannot rely to get a clean bottles when you need the most.

I don't believe this is related to our formula pro machine as it doesn't clean bottles. Nevertheless, contact our customer care team for any of our machines as they all come with a 12 month warranty.

Formula is Set to 1 ounce and Water won't allow you to set 1 ounce of water All of the Instructions have been followed in the manual. No instructions on how to fix this issue if it can be fixed. Extremely disappointed with the cost of this product.

We’re really sorry to hear about your frustration with the Formula Pro Advanced. The machine is designed to dispense a minimum of 2 ounces of water, which is why you're unable to select 1 ounce. Even though your formula may require 1 scoop to 1 ounce of water, the machine will appropriately dispense the same ratio (2 scoops for 2 ounces) when selecting 2 ounces.
