Great dryer but a few changes I would recommend. I don't like that the setting don't stay between turning the dryer off and on. I turn the dryer off in between sections and have to change the settings each time I turn it back on. I also don't like that the attachments move so freely. I would prefer the attachments to snap in place.

The only thing I don't love about this hair dryer is the amount of sheer power that comes out of the lowest setting - which is only an issue when using the diffuser. It also does not automatically change to a low setting with the diffuser attachment and always defaults to high heat, high power and no ion. Not a dealbreaker, but for the cost you'd think it would stay as it was last programmed and ideally, as other models in that price range, auto reduce with the diffuser attachment. All in all, I'm slowly finding a way to work with the diffuser but at the beginning it straightened my hair more than helped hold the natural curls since it's difficult to get the hair to scrunch with the diffuser during use (it blows it out of the way quickly!) - this is with long hair. That being said, it's faster drying (and better, IMO) than the dyson. Air is more concentrated and easy to manage so if I don't use a brush to dry, my hair isn't a total rat's nest like other powerful dryers.

The dryer is super lightweight and incredibly powerful. Sometimes too forceful. It dries the hair faster than I can actually style it.i gave it 4 stars because the buttons are on the wrong side of the blow dryer for a right handed stylist. You have to flip the blow dryer to see which settings it is set to. Not a deal breaker but it is a pain sometimes.

On a recent trip to Italy, I noticed that my hair was much more manageable after using hotel blow dryers. So when I returned I was on the search for a new blow dryer. I have eczema and cannot use hair care products with fragrance and my hair is super dry and unruly. After a lot of reading I narrowed it down to a Dyson or the BabyBliss Pro Nano Titanium model with 2X ions. I decided to try BabyBliss and I am very impressed with its performance. It is very lightweight, extremely quiet and using the ion setting has changed the quality of my hair. It is soft and shiny and has bounce. I am amazed that this dryer has delivered on all of its claims.

I'm liking this hair dryer so far. I love how lightweight it is. If you are someone who has arthritis in your hands, wrists, elbows, or have any other chronic pain in your upper body, then I recommend you try this hair dryer! I have owned another BaBylissPro Nano Titanium hair dryer for 10 years and it still works but it became too heavy for me. That's why I switched to this hair dryer and I am happy with my purchase. I expect it to last me a long time. I also like that the nozzle attachments go inside the dryer and not outside, it feels more secure. My only complaint is that the diffuser is the most difficult nozzle attachment to remove from the dryer. I hope BaByliss will think about including storage cases for their products in the future!
