Takes forever to dry hair and creates frizz. It is not ergonomic and has an awkward weight distribution. I do not recommend for professional use.

It doesn’t have two separate buttons for heat and speed like most decent hair dryers. They call the one button on the dryer heat/speed setting. I prefer to be able to control the level of heat separately therefore I returned it.

It dries my hair well enough and does it pretty quickly. But the sound it makes hurts my ears. It’s not loud it just has a real piercing sound in the motor. I would not purchase again
