I really like this prebiotic. It has been a game changer for me. The only problem I have had is that it seems to be about 5 scoops short of 30. I dated the second bag and made sure I had a level scoop each time and still came up about 5 days short.

I love the fact that is plant-based so it makes me feel more comfortable using it as I do not consume certain meat products. It is made from ingredients that I cannot even pronounce, but I know that are very good for you. It was easy to dissolve, but I still felt that I felt taste a little bit of the powder in my drinks. It did make me feel like it helped me keep myself more regular.

Doesn't really taste bad but some flavor helps to drink it down lol. Help with my bloating and great for my gut health. Overall I feel very good about taking it!
