A: Page 9 of the manual says: "The bread slot is to be used for toasting regular bread slices only. Do not use the toaster to toast irregular shaped bread or round bread." I will anyway, probably. :-)

Q: What is the warranty period? It broke after only 3.5 months. When you lower the bread to the heaters it pops right up again so the toaster won't toast.

I love the look of the toaster but it does not fit thick slices of bread and it does not fit two slices side by side. I have had it for two months and was hoping it would grow on me but it has not. I also think it does a poor job of toasting the bread. One side is more toasted than the other occasionally I believe the size/thickness and uniform slicing of the bread plays a factor.
