I LOVE this cake mix. First, I highly recommend mixing all the wet ingredients first, then slowly mix the dry ingredients. Mix very well on high speed, then let it sit for 5 minutes. Grease your pans, turn on your oven. I add a couple extra dashes of vanilla. I love it.

Is Justin putting and small sour cream along with eggs to add additional moisture. Like all gluten free a little more dense. Good flavor. Everyone in our family including non gluten eaters thought it was good. If you need gluten-free you'll like it.

Extremely dense! The worse mix I've ever used. It somehow turns out like a cornbread texture even when following the instructions exactly. No rise whatsoever.

The absolute best gluten free cake mix without a doubt. It’s free of many other allergen which affect our family and the taste is top notch! We’ve used for baking per instructions, used as a wacky cake mix base, and dump cake with pie filling. Highly recommend!

Very dry and consistency/taste was more like GF bread, didn’t taste like a cupcake. I followed the directions on the box and even used chocolate frosting 🧁 The mix would maybe be better/edible to add some bananas, nuts or blueberries and bake a small loaf of bread.

Ok the cake doesn’t taste awful and I’ve been gluten free for 7 years due to sensitivity and family member with Celiacs. We followed the direction exactly and the cake was dry. Didn’t taste horrible, it just wasn’t moist.

I didn’t expect cake mix to have any reviews much less 90 bad ones, but now I get it. I came here to order a different mix because this one tastes like fart but I thought it was a me problem and then I saw 90 bad reviews. Like it was so bad it made almost 100 people angry enough to go out of their way to write a review. Thank you all for validating my taste buds. The internet is cool.

This mix is by far the worst GF cake mix in the market. I decided to step away from my normal go to GF cake mixes for Easter this year and my beautiful Easter cake was dry and crumbly. So disappointing. I'm going back to King Arthur or Bobs Red Mill GF cake mixes in the future.

This cake was dry and hard as a rock. It made half the amount than other cake mixes do at triple the price. I will never buy it again.

Horrible! They’ve done some thing with the cake mix since I’ve used them last… Three years ago? Cake was grainy and dry. Made the cake for a birthday. Embarrassing turnout!!!

I'm always nervous to try making something GF, as it is known to just be a process of trial and error. This was the only gf cake mix my store had at the time, so I grabbed it. I usually deviate from box mix directions a bit to make things more interesting, so I figured I'd try it here. Instead of using water and oil, I used club soda and butter. I also added a bit of extra vanilla. The result was great, I had a non-gf person test and they LOVED it. Definitely don't be afraid to try your own version of it, they were very easy swaps to make as I already had both ingredients.

Not the same. I’ve used this mix for years and they must have changed something. This mix is terrible now. I used to be able to get 18 cupcakes from the mix. Now barely 13. it mixes up a liquidy mess instead of nice and fluffy like they used to. Please go back to the original recipe and original GF mix!!! These are terrible!

I followed the instructions with the butter. The cake was so dense and reminded me of sweet cornbread. Pretty disappointed. Not an inexpensive item and would have thought it would have tasted better.

Was so excited to see a popular brand with a gluten free option! But, not to be a petty Betty, but this was terrible. Dry, crumbly, and my husband even said it oddly tasted like cornbread! If you need a good gluten free cake mix, I really like King Authur’s brand.

DRY. Crumbly. Dense. Overly sweet. I followed the instructions, and made no modifications. I've used other brands of GF cake mix and this was by far the worst.
