The ink flow is not good at all. It was very sketchy while writing with them. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I consider myself to be a pen connoisseur and the BIC Gel-ocity pens did not disappoint. They write smooth, the ink dries quickly, and the grip is comfortable. I write a lot for my job, so these are absolutely perfect. Not to mention, the blue ink is vibrant. Definitely recommend.

The ink color is very dark and vibrant and glides smoothly over paper without skipping. This is a 0.7, but feels more like a 0.5 fine, which doesn't bother me as it writes so well. My only complaint is that the cap is a bit difficult to remove. Will definitely purchase these again!

It has been stuffed in pockets, gym bags, carryon luggage and when I grab for it, it is always ready to perform. It hasn't failed me yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I remember when gel pens first came out, and while they wrote smoothly, you had to be careful because one brush of the hand could turn your penmanship into a smeary mess. I still write things in cursive, and while smooth writing, the ink seems to dry instantly with no blobs. I even tried to smear it to no avail. Give these a try - like the title says: "Not your dad's smeary gel pens".

She is normally not a huge fan of gel type pens, but she loves these. They write so smoothly and she said the grip was very comfortable. She took the majority of the pack to use at work. Now if I can just find a couple for that one drawer.

They don’t leave gel residue behind to get on your hand when you accidentally swipe your hand over it. It dries fast on the paper, unlike most gel pens. The pens feel good on the hands as well when you’re writing. I will forever choose these pens over other types because of the smooth nice writing and the way they fit perfect in my hands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy using gel pens to make lists, write notes and letters. I often use them when coloring or doodling. I think these pens are fun and have many uses. I always have them at my desk and in my car. There's a nice clip on the lid that you can also carry in your shirt pocket or wherever you prefer. I personally prefer click pens but I do like that even using these pens, you can cap the end of your pen without losing the lid.

Sadly, I didn't not feel like this pen moved across the paper freely like a gel pen. A gel pen should move with ease and this pen felt like it "scratched" across the paper. If I listened carefully I could even hear it move across the paper as I wrote. The ink should flow easily from a gel pen, effortlessly. With that said, the pen was still functional and I was able to finish my writing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve got a new pen to add to my list of favorites: I’m such a stationary guy and these are my favorite “Bic pens.” They glide across all kinds of different paper and hardly skip, plus for the price I’m not too upset if someone accidentally walks away with one. I use an ink pen basically from the time I wake until the time I go to bed. To avoid a page full of ink smears I usually have to wait for ink to dry on one section of paper before I can move on to the next. Not the case with this pen. The ink dried incredibly fast. So no ink smears on my papers and no smudge marks on my hand. I was also impressed at how smoothly the ink came out, eliminating having to go over things twice, which saved me a great deal of time. And we all know, time is money! Which leads to yet another plus.
