I used to get occasional heartburn from acid reflux during sleeping hours. A cup this tea before bedtime seems to prevent this. I’m not an expert on probiotics but I can say that this tea makes me burp, and I’ve had just one episode of heartburn since starting with a nightly cup about eight months ago. Not the best herbal tea I’ve ever had but very drinkable considering the benefits.

My evening ritual always includes a little raw sugar in my hot Bigelow Cozy Chamomile Tea. I did a blind taste test long ago and it won the prize! I always order a dozen boxes when I am running low! You beat the supermarket price and I get a much fresher product!

I love this tea and have enjoyed for many years. I love that there is a decaf option and it is DELICIOUS with honey or sugar and a dash of milk. (The British cuppa) pairs wonderfully with a ham sandwich. It's one of my comfort drinks when sick or cold. It's also amazing as iced tea. Can't go wrong!

I personally don’t like the new packaging of the tea bags. The way they had them before worked great! I specifically don’t love that the staple sits in my drink as well. Why are there staples now? Other than that, I love this blend - it helps me feel better and it helps with digestion.
