Description
Bioderma's Sébium Exfoliating Gel Facial Cleanser refines the skin's texture, tightens pores, and helps brighten the complexion.
Thanks to its patented Fluidactiv™ complex, it helps to reduce the appearance of irregularities. Plastic-free micro-beads, strengthened by keratolytic ingredients (glycolic and salicylic acid), mechanically target irregularities.
Apply once or twice a week, on wet skin in circular motion. Rinse-off thoroughly.

I am ordering my 5th and 6th tube of this excellent product. This is very effective in removing sunscreen and other oily cosmetics, leaving the skin clean, fresh and not over-dried. It is the closest thing I have found (after extensive search) to the now defunct Pernox Scrub.

I bought this product to try it out (expensive for the small tube). I saw that a lot of reviewers got the product expired from target.com. So I made sure I checked the expiration date and sure enough expired. Same date too 05/23. I purchased in 04/24. Unfortunately I will be returning and looking for another brand since I haven’t been able to find this one in stores near me.

I've been purchasing this Bioderma cleanser from target for a while and only just noticed they've been selling it at full price and expired all this time! I purchased two of these in March of this year (2024) and I happened to notice they both expired in May of 2023! This is such a shame because otherwise, it is a very good product. I found this product online in other places for the same price. I would advise you buy this elsewhere.

It is not an overly abrasive scrub which is perfect for my sensitive skin. The smell is soothing and calming which helps me relax and enjoy each use more and more. The consistency of the gel is perfect where it's not too loose and not too firm so it glides across the skin smoothly.

Once a week I gently scrub my face with it for a few minutes. It even works with my sensitive skin. I no longer have to deal with red or blotchy skin after exfoliating. It's worked wonders on my pores. Along with my seasonal dry patches. My skin feels and looks so smooth throughout the week. This is the exfoliating gel I'm going to be sticking with.

Sebiun skin cream is a great product that leaves your skin smooth and feeling great without any harsh chemicals in the product that make you skin itchy or burn or even in some.cases turns bright red . I love that there is no harsh scent that you have to keep smelling even once the product is rinsed off . Very easy to use just follow the instructions and your in your way to smooth fresh skin that is unclogged from dirt and grim . I highly recommend this product

Very effective; does what it says it will! I like that the spherical beads don't cause micro tears in the skin, unlike most scrubs that contain sharp-edged granules. As well, types of cellulose acetate are technically biodegradable.

How can Bioderma sell a product that contains microbeads, which are known to be damaging to the environment?! I won’t be purchasing another product from this company until this is rectified, which is very disappointing as I quite enjoy the Sensiobio line.

After totally loving my first Bioderma product, the Sensibio Foaming Gel, I decided to try another item because I needed a scrub. This does the job well for a scrub, but I'm not too keen on a couple of things. For one, the cellulose beads feel too abrasive for my taste; I'm used to gentler scrubs like jojoba beads that melt in water. This just left my skin feeling more raw than I've been used to with other scrubs. Second, I'm not a fan of added fragrance. I really wish Bioderma would make a Sensibio version of the scrub, with more gentle beads and zero fragrance.

Was excited about the Sebium Exfoliating Gel. Yet, every time I wash my face (and I squeeze a dime size amount), the exfoliants don’t dissolve. After a wet face cloth or a shower, I end up with rough pebbles on my skin. It hurts my face and I have to put twice the amount of moisturizer just to offset the amount of damage this exfoliant did this to my face. Don’t buy it if you want to keep your face.

The product worked fine, but contains banned plastic microbeads. I am disappointed to find a reputable company using ingredients that are harmful to the environment. I will be contacting the company to find how to return the product so that they can properly dispose of it.
