They changed the formula within the last couple months and now it is watery and the taste is gross. Won't be buying this brand again.

It is now super watery and doesn’t work like it used to. Many of the up and up brands quality have dropped significantly. Hugely disappointed.
Doesn't compare to regular Pepto as promised

Proteinshakelover - 1 month ago, Verified purchaser
Watery, ineffective and disgusting! Used to be part of my routine to help with my GERD but now it's absolutely horrible. Used to be a thicker consistency but now is as thin as water, and just as effective with heartburn as water would be! Not worth the price at all. Very disappointed in this product. Plus seems to settle at the bottom of the bottle. Previous ones didn't do this.

awful/unpleasant taste. watery consistency (thin and runny) compared to their version that they discontinued a few months back. On top of that, it didn't work. It deserves zero stars.

Changed the formula. Poor taste, watery, odd color. The previous formulation was equal to the name brand. This is definitely not. Target is steadily killing their Up n Up brand. I will be switching to the name brand or find a better generic elsewhere.

Watery and lacking in flavor. Yet another Up&Up product that has been changed for the worse. I am quickly running out of reasons to go to Target. I no longer trust the brand.

I used to buy this instead of the name brand and it definitely WAS comparable. However, they must have changed the formula. It is now watery and gross. I will not be buying this off brand version anymore. This was a terrible, gross change.

OMG, I've used this product before and liked it taste wise and for it's effectiveness. This time I purchased it and the taste was completely different...........and NOT IN A GOOD WAY. If this is the taste that will remain, I suggest steering clear. What a shame, Up and Up products are usually on par with the regular brand.

Very disappointed with the new change. Texture is watery and the taste is off. As someone with a gluten allergy, this not being labeled as gluten free anymore is pretty upsetting. This used to be my go-to product for accidentally gluten ingestion, I bought the twin pack regularly. But now I no longer feel comfortable taking it nor do I enjoy the taste.

The taste is odd in a bad way. I usually buy generic, but I'm going to have to go name brand because this flavor and texture is just too weird.

Buyer Beware - 5 months ago, Verified purchaser
Horrible new taste- removed Sucralose and substituted Saccharine (“it can have an unpleasant, bitter aftertaste. This is why saccharin is often mixed with other low or zero-calorie sweeteners.”) https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/saccharin-good-or-bad consistency now like water (instead of slightly viscous), changed label (yellow lettering instead of original pink), they doubled the amount of Inactive Ingredients, and is no longer Gluten-free.
