A: Yes we've had ours for about a year and pretty much all we use it for is picking up crystal kitty litter and it works great for that!

A: I have a lot of hair. Unfortunately? My medication makes it fall out. I have shoulder length brown hair. That said I see hair everywhere in my bathroom. This bissle vacuum is a must have. Top notch suction. Picks up everything if it’s not too big obviously. It gets my hair, outdoor things my dog brings in the house like little leaves stuck in his fur, and yes, pet hair. No regrets on this product at all. Plus! I’m disabled and I have limited energy and left arm/hand mobility. This vacuum is so awesome for me. Great for the hard surfaces instead of sweeping. Empty the thing after each use and clean filter too. I just lather a very little bit of dawn in my hand, massage the filter clean, rinse, let air dry. I’d marry this thing if I could. The only reliable thing in my world that works! Lol! 😀

It’s a great little tool to leave in the kitchen or other areas that are constantly getting dirty. I agree with the reviewer who called it a “broom for lazy people.” So true! It feels like it costs what it does- almost like a toy doll vacuum- but it works for daily dust and crumbs!

Honestly this one is so much better than the DirtDevil one, It did such a good job on my rug and flooring of my apartment. I have one of those roomba vaccums but I bought this for spot cleaning and its amazing. I know the price seems like it's not gonna work but i think its 100/10! :)

I wonder what these 5 star reviewers received in exchange for their review. This is a horrible piece of plastic that wouldn't even roll over my carpet let alone clean it. And I do not have a thick carpet. I call this thing a Barbie vacuum. Returned it and bought a Shark Rocket which is wonderful. You get what you pay for is so true

I have laminate flooring, a cat that tracks kitty litter everywhere and a dog that sheds like a tree in fall and this works great! My swifer was not doing the trick and I got tired of paying for replacement pads. It’s small enough to get into tight spaces so I don’t have to move everything around to get a solid clean. It’s strong and gets almost everything up in one swipe. Cleaning it is a breeze. It’s definitely not designed for thick carpet but you can probably get away with low carpets or like basic rug texture. Highly recommend!

A mighty little vacuum with excellent suction and it is light as a feather! We purchased it while we were staying in a hotel for an extended day with our 3 dogs and wanted to vacuum up any fur balls as well as "grit" our boots brought in from the outside. I bought this out of last-minute necessity and it works pretty well. For the affordable price it’s good if you’re gonna clean up small areas or even if you just want your kid to use it for their own bedroom. It does have a harder time working on the carpet I do not recommend this for thick carpet, but on hardwood floors are a small entryway. This is a really good buy.

Bissell products never disappoint. I have two fur dogs so I’m constantly sweeping, vacuuming, and lint rolling everything down - especially in the winter. I have a heavy duty Bissell vacuum but it can be too much for me to carry up and down the stairs everyday. I was looking for a handheld vacuum for my car when came across this one. I have no regrets on this purchase. Purchasing Swiffer pads and all that adds up so I’m glad this lightweight vacuum saves me money!! I have no problem vacuuming that I even look forward to it now. It’s also convenient for me to pick up and loose fur and dirt on their dog bed. Also, my other Bissell vacuum gets stuck on my low pile rug, but this one works just fine. Yes, it has a short cord, but it’s a quick fix with an extension cord. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it makes a noise that it shouldn’t. It comes and goes, and I think it’s because it becomes uneven around the motor. I’m not sure if mine is defected or if I didn’t assemble it correctly? I’m not sure, but it’s fine. For me this is to give my home a quick pass daily, rather than for deep cleaning. If you have the same intentions I 100% recommend this little vacuum!

No clue how this got so many stars. I bought this intending to use it only for kitty litter in the basement. It does NOT pick up the litter on the carpet (not shag) OR the hard floor. Huge waste or money.

Obviously, I didn't expect the best product but, this vacuum did not have as much suction as I thought it would based on reviews. I've found you have to empty it about every minute to clear the filter and dust to increase suction. After cleaning the container frequently, I found that it still severely struggled to pick up stuff like small shavings of paper and cat litter. Using it without the floor attachment seems to work better. Not worth the $33.
