A: Hi Phyllis. The battery is not removeable, but is covered under warranty. If needed, the hand portion of the vacuum including the batter can be replaced.

This product has very good suction easy to handle I have lots of pain from arthritis, this vacuum does a very good job with out a lot of effort an no extra pain from using it. The battery last through my house r car. I love it an it's easy to clean up.

The transition from hard surface to carpet is a breeze. The swivel head combined with the bending handle helps to vacuum under furniture. Clean-up after crafts and snacks with our grandchildren is fast allowing us to move on to more adventures.

It's a great convenient vacuum for the price but it really shows its true color after a few months of daily household use. After three months the top power button stopped working. That was annoying but there was a second button on the detachable piece so I lived with it. After 4.5 months it stopped charging. No way around that one so I'm hoping it will be replaced, but we'll see.

I only bought this to vacuum my upstairs where there is carpet. What a piece of junk. It never stays charged, the battery is so short lived and it stops spinning the second a hair gets in the brush. I spend over 100$ for this and now don't even waste my time using it.

We are amazed at the amount of dust, lint, and debris it picks up each time we vacuum. We run an air purifier 24/7 and we still get a filter clogging amount of stuff. Oh yes, we dont have any pets either. We love this vacuum. We had a Bissell model 2482 that the head locked up on after several years use and we bought one just like it to replace it.

It was easy to assemble.The instruction manual was easy to follow. The vacuum is quite handy . It is easy to maneuver in tight places.Do not worry about a cord because you can charge it. It is great. Love it. I just brought it home. Because of a few reviews about the suction, I tried it right away without charging it. I got to the last step when it died on me. I'm charging it now. It worked great on my carpet stair treads. Makle sure you keep an eye on the filter. It filled up fast. I would definitely recommend it.

Now I just whip out my little ReadyClean and is less than 5 minutes it's gone. I love everything about this little gem from the powerful suction, easy on and off hand held and super easy dump and filter cleaning. I can't recommend it enough for anyone who is particular about clean floors.
