I like that this steam mop stands upright on its own, it has great steam power, and it is easy to pour distilled water into the container without spilling.

I can't believe I ever lived without this. It really does a wonderful job cleaning dirt off the floors.

I just rinse thoroughly under hot water, ring it out by hand, and stick it back on the mop. Refilling is quick and the bottle holds enough water for several uses before needing to be refilled. It is light and easy to store. I use it all the time.

as other reviews have mentioned, I also received a clearly used or returned product. The interior packaging was messy and incomplete, and the scene discs were missing entirely. Both mop pads were thrown into the box loose without any protective wrap or packaging. Don’t buy this from target.

This mop works amazingly well. I was replacing a Bissell/Swiffer collab mop that I've had and loved for a decade. Unsure of what would be best for my tile and vinyl flooring, i ordered shark and bissell. The shark was returned immediately. This one worked AMAZING. Even my contractor was watching me mop, completely in awe of the job it was doing. With that said: TARGET IS SELLING REFURBISHED APPLIANCES AS BRAND NEW! My shark mop arrived with CONDENSATION inside the water container. All of the standard issue packaging was missing inside. The mop was awful, so i returned. When this one arrived it was also clear by the internal packaging that this mop had been used and returned. They replaced the mop pads, but resold the used machine marked as new. If I was purchasing a refurbished model, fine. I purchased an unopened item (or so I thought), and received an item that had clearly been used before. Based on other ppl's reviews, this is clearly a business decision that Target has made and it's disgusting. Buy the item, but shop elsewhere for it.

I just finished scrubbing/sanitizing my kitchen and both bathrooms for the second time using the model 1806 series Bissell steam mop. The most frustrating about the steam mop is that the "neck" of the wand where it meets the mop head is so unstable the mops falls over and hits anything in it's way every time I let go of the handle. This is a deal breaker for me. I have two Black and Decker stick battery operated stick brooms that retain their ability to stand up 99% of the time. The Bissell not only endangers itself but also anything within 4' of the handle. It also does not operate exactly how the instructions indicate it should so operating it is simply guess work on my part. I would not purchase this product again.

This product stopped working after a year. That's probably why it has one year warranty. It leaks a lot of water and steam doesn't come out. Reached out to the customer service team, they asked me to go to an Authorized Service Center and it's far from my house. Very inconvenient. Not recommend.

This is the second one I've purchased and like the first one it has stopped working after a year. Must be why they only have a 1 year warrently. I would have given it negative 5 stars if it was an option.

I love this steam mop,heats up in no time plus you can control how much steam there is!

Took a lot of elbow grease to push this around and it did not do much. I ended up on my hands and knees with a magic eraser and rag.

Easy to assemble, cleans floor well, reasonable price, however it doesn’t seem to clean grout very well even after multiple passes. It also doesn’t produce as much steam as my old one which I’m not sure makes a difference since the Bissell Power Steam mop cleaned well with only slightly wet floors. I also like that it doesn’t leak and uses less water than my old one. I hope this holds up, my old one (another brand) lasted only 3 years and it was Amazon’s best seller which leaked excessively after the first few uses and completely stopped working recently.

I like the way it steams and you feel like it's actually clean. I have trouble with muscle strength and coordination, the water tank is hard to get a grip on and lift up. I wish the tank was bigger. Also having drop foot, I would have to bend over and manually set the scrub brush. Wish it was multipurpose. If the only thing you need it for is for your floors and you are an able person then this is right for you. If you have disabilities then I would recommend something else not this product. I'm going to have to return mine for the simple point because it's not handicap friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really loving my steam floor cleaner! I have used it on my kitchen floor and it cleaned so well and left no sticky residue on my floor. It made my floor so shiny and clean that you had to be careful not to slide around awhile walking in your socks! My floors haven't felt like that in a long time. I also cleaned some rugs with it and wow! They felt soft and new again! I am enjoying cleaning again because I really can feel the difference that this machine offers!
