Ever since I handed it over to my five-year-old niece, she has not put it down. This cool interactive toy is fun and engaging But also cute. It has a multitude of tasks to complete in order to unlock new pets, and while my daughter is not quite at the age to understand some of them, she doesnt really care. She just likes to tote it around and care for her petand if shes happy, then Im happy. That being said, I humbly admit that I have taken a liking to our Bitzee too. The little tasks and acts of care are oddly addictive, and I find myself toting it around in my pocket when my daughter goes to bed. Dont tell anyone Addictive and fun with cool technology - watch out for this one!

I thought maybe it would be a tamogatchi type toy, but this is 100 times better and cooler than that! You can actually physically pet and play with your character. It evolves and you can unlock mini games. There are dozens of animals to collect and raise. Its a hit at our house!

The fact that you can have so many different pets in one small contained pod is definitely more than you can imagine. The kids enjoy collecting and overall its very visual to see a cute figure pop on the screen that is so adorable and yet you also have to take the steps to get more pets so wont hear a peep because even as an adult you are curious to see the different options. It definitely is easy to set up and it would be cool to expand this line and have even more animals and different pod colours could be fun too. The price is reasonable because the options are plentiful.

The digital pet is great quality, comes in a sturdy casing that is easy to open and easy to operate. My daughter was a pro at taking care of her pets within the first 10 minutes. There are different functions for feeding, playing, and caring for your pets. She barely needed any help at all with the instructions. You can unlock different pets as you progress. The technology is very advanced, it's not even on a screen! You can actually press on the top of the animal to"pet" it. The colors are bright, and the sounds are adorable. My little girl was in awe. I would definitely reccomend this toy for other children. I love how it is entertaining but also interactive. The futuristic style is quite impressive and looks like a hologram. We LOVE IT!!!

They absolutely loved it and it was easy and fun for them to figure out, set up and play. No downloads, no downtime, just straightforward play. Its not very intuitive ans hard to control. My grandson who is 10 found it difficult to use. The swipe motion is really hard to get right. Practice helps but you have to have patience. Its a good idea I just do t think it is exixuted well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I grew up in the time of the original virtual pets and so I find it really cool that they have come back for our childrens generation but wow, the technology of this particular unit is amazing! The thing I love most about it is how its contained in a similar box as a ring jewelry box. So when your child is finished playing with it, they just close the box and there's no worry of it getting scratched or broken or dusty! My child picked up on the controls right away after removing from the box. He's 6 years old. He said he really likes playing with it and so far he literally has been taking care of it multiple times a day since we opened it. It has a ton of different activities to do with your pet and you can invite other pets to take care of as well. The only downfall I found with the product is the awkward packaging when trying to open it. But once it's out of the package, it's no big deal. It is abit noisy as it makes a vibrating kind of noise and there's no mute option. But other then that, it's a really cool toy and I would recommend to anyone who wants their child to have a virtual pet! Unfortunately, we were both let down. The moving screen is hard on the eyes, and the constant flapping noise is quite annoying. Its difficult to navigate, as you have to touch the flapping screen a certain way in order for the functions to work.
