A: I purchased it and of course dimensions are 12x12x8. When I confronted support they droped the call. Great service and lying company. Let's do law suit.
submitted byFriendly - 2 years agoA: I just purchased this microwave and contrary to what the Black & Decker Team has answered a year ago the internal dimensions are exactly as Greenmachine indicated: 12"x12"x8". The turntable is 10 1/2" in diameter. The turntable of my previous microwave which was about the same external size as this one was 12". I will probably be returning this.
submitted byJS - 4 years agoA: I just bought this today and will be returning because internal capacity is not as big as advertised. Advertised as 0.9 cu-ft, but dimensions are 12"x12"x8" (WxLxH) which is only 0.667 cu-ft. Box clearly states 0.9 cu-ft. Big no-no Black+Decker

First use and it shut off after the 3 minute use. Thought it was the outlet at first but nope. Waited a while and plugged it in again to see if it would work and it did. Tried to heat a plate up after 2 minutes, the machine overheated and automatically shut off again. What a waste. Do not buy!!! My husband tossed the box and we can’t return the item. Now we’re out $90 🙄

We got this on July 29th & it started making rolling/popping noises. At first, we thought the plate was not centered but it was. After a couple more uses, the sound was becoming more frequent & louder. Then it started producing a burnt smell that we had to stop it because we were paranoid it might blow up. I felt the outside of the microwave & it was hot & so was the cord & outlet. Thankfully, we are still within the 90 day return window so my husband is on the way to return it & get a better one.

It’s fine I thought when I first bought it. I’ve had it about a month now and it’s melting, I have no idea how or why?! I would return but didn’t keep the box because it’s too jug to store and didn’t think my microwave would melt.

The door has two plastic hooks mounted on the backside. One of them broke off and the oven won't work anymore. The door won't stay closed either. I meant to buy the 1.1 cubic ft B&W, because that model has good reviews. I bought this .9 cubic ft by mistake. Black and Decker does not handle support for this product. After, I made a claim 111369601 with Midea with Reciept and picture of broken part. I got a voicemail that said Midea would send me check, in a week or two, if approved. Then, they sent me an email that requested a picture of broken part. I sent them another picture. I will cross my fingers.

Looks nice, and a good size. Just didn’t like how loud it was when heating something. It sounds so loud that you would think something was wrong.

Item damaged out of box

Microwave had dent in top right corner on the side of the unit. The microwave would start running whenever it was plugged in and would not stop. The clock still read 0:00 and none of the buttons on the control panel worked. The stop button would not work and then was nothing to keep the microwave from spinning indefinitely. Opening the door would stop the cooking but it would continue whenever it was closed.
