The temperature controls are not an accurate. Either comes too light or too dark.

I am waiting for my wife to toast her bread tomorrow morning. I don’t eat bread. But we replaced our old toaster because more than half of the wires did not light up hot when toasting. I just plugged this new one in to burn it off and it loos like half of these are pushed behind the plate and not sticking out one slot only has about 4 of the heating element wires showing red when it’s on. And no, it’s not on behalf or froze. We shall see

I contacted Black + Decker to ask about this product's cord length and they referred me to the MFG SpectrumBrands.com who said ALL of their products have 24" cords.

Bought it yesterday, one major flaw for us “older folks” there is on white mark ( or any color for that matter!) to show you what heat setting you on! So it’s a guess, move the knot full right to max then “guess what settings it’s on! That just sucks! Otherwise it’s a great toater

It’s even great for thick sliced bagel halves. There is an option for frozen slices which I have no used yet. What’s make this even greater is there is a tray that collects the crumbs, making it easier for clean up. It is attractive, adding to the other silver and nickel accessories on your countertop and is lightweight but seems durable

No more burnt bread products. This also allows you to toast your items while they are frozen! What? 🤯 The cancel button works immediately and pops the bread products up with ease. It's exceptionally great for big families for breakfast in the morning. It allows me to prepare twice the amount of food at the same time. Quality is great & durable. Note; as with any new kitchen appliances you will need to cook off the new burnt smell. This took me a good couple of days to get rid of. It is stinky. However, after the smell is gone it works amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is what you expect of an affordable toaster, not terrible, not revolutionary. It’s quite lightweight, a little flimsy feeling. It does fine toasting and I like the wide slots but it can be hard to catch at the bottom and if you toast something heavier like a bagel it doesn’t always fully pop at the end (but does stop toasting)

It has a lovely contemporary design that I feel fits right into our kitchen. I love the clean aesthetics. I have already been using it for toast, bagels, and pita bread. It has to perfection. It’s also safe to use it doesn’t feel hot anywhere around the buttons or anywhere. My children would reach. It’s very efficient and durable.
