This is by far, the best slow cooker I have owned or used. Everything is very straight forward as far as how to use it, what setting to pick, etc. The temperature probe is amazing! It's extremely easy to clean as I can just throw it in the dishwasher. It's not very heavy either like some slow cookers!

Apparently my old crock pot died a long time ago and I didn't notice. This crock pot cooked my beans in half the time and were soft and creamy inside. Looking forward to using the sous vide feature.

We tried the sous-vide and found it easy to use and the chicken we cooked was moist and tender. I liked the temperature probe since it helped cook the food to the correct temperature without having to guess with time. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this is both a slow cooker and sous vide in one. Space savers are so helpful for my smaller kitchen. The slow cooker has temperature options depending on how long you want the food to cook (Low for 8-9 hours, High for 3-4 hours, and Warm for serving temperature). It’s also convenient that the lid locks shut for bringing food to potlucks. I’m very pleased and would recommend.

Bought this crockpot less than 6 months ago and the insert cracked on me. Now trying to get a new insert is becoming very frustrating. Other than that it's a good unit.

The only thing that I would improve for now, (as I'm still evaluating) is you can't just take the pot out without the whole device to be able to lock the lid.

I never have any troubles running out of space like I have in other slow cookers. I like the lid holder and the fact that you can lock the lid in place. The control panel had a little learning curve. The temperature probe is a nice bonus because it temps your meats and then can hold the temp for you. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Black and Decker - Precision Sous Vide + Temperature Probe 7 Quart Digital Slow Cooker is a very nice size crock pot and works great for our family of 5 with plenty of left overs. This is a stylish crock pot so you can leave out and it will complimemt any kitchen. The locking lid is a nice feature as this prevents any boil over during use and you know the lid is securely in place. The Sous Vide is another wonderful bonus feature and really does add to the multifunctionality of this applicance. I have made a few delisious dinners in this and everything comes out great. It also included a recipe book and a thorough instruction manual if you are unsure how to use the Sous Vide.

It’s easy to clean & like the lock in lid feature which makes it easy to carry it out. It was easy to use, made soup in it, came out good. I haven’t tried much of slow cooking recipes yet.

This digital sous vide slow cooker is a life-saver! I can throw a meal in there early on in the day and forget about it until dinner time. Love the digital display that allows you to set a timer for how many hours you want your food to cook. After the time is up, it automatically switches over to the keep warm setting. With the temperature probe design really effective as this is much easier way to check the food temperature. The built-in lid holder is a great feature too. I adore getting sous vide eggs at Starbucks. So tasty.On days that I am working from home, and want a tasty meal. Viola my slow cooker allows me to do so . I am so excited about this added feature. I never knew how to Souse Vide, but with the easy direction book and the Maple and Thyme chicken recipe that was included in the box, I AM HOOKED! The awesome step by step guide- I’ll never cook chicken breast any other way!! The best part I also have little kids running around and the outside of the slow cooker never got to hot!!!!
