Q: How do you reverse? Unscrew something?
A: The trigger can be pushed in one of two ways. To reverse the drill, you can push the top portion of the trigger.

Q: How do you turn it on
A: Hello Kay! Thank you for your question. Please start my charging the unit for 3-5 hours until the charging indicator light turns solid green. To engage to unit in forward rotation, you will depress the upper half of the on/off switch. To engage reverse mode, you will depress the lower half of the on/off switch. Q: Does it have enough power to drill a hole in the wall using a drill bit attachment.

Q: Torque. Is there any control over driving torque? Can you over-drive screws?
A: Hello Valued Customer! No, this tool will not have an actual torque control mechanism as you would have on larger drilling/driving products. However, it does have a variable speed trigger which gives the user more control. - HeavenJ

Q: How do you change the bit? I don't have my directions anymore and I can't even move the storage cartridge.
A: Hi Abby, slide the orange apparatus that is located at the top of the Blue Ridge Tools Rechargeable Screwdriver then twist the bit chamber to select a new bit then slide the orange apparatus back in place.- Heaven J
