Q: How do I know when they are fully charged? The light on the case is blue but the earbuds inside the case have a red light glowing, when I remove them they blink blue and red, they work so I know they are charged
A: Hello Helina, Great question! When you plug the earbud case into the charging cable the battery inside the case will charge, and the case will simultaneously charge the earbuds. While the case charges the red light on the case will blink. Once the red light on the case is solid red then the case is done charging. When you unplug the case from the charging cable the light will usually turn blue on the case meaning the battery is still charging the earbuds inside. Which is why the light on the earbuds inside of the case is red, because they are still charging from the battery in the case. Once the blue light turns off on the case, then the earbuds are either fully charged or the case battery has run out of power. After explaining the charging features of this product, let me answer your original question; if the earbuds are in the case and the case is plugged into the charging cable, then the earbuds should be fully charged when the red light on the case stops blinking and goes solid. They may charge inside of the case for a few more minutes if they are unplugged from the charging cable indicated by the blue light on the case, but they are considered fully charged at the point the case stops blinking and are ready to use! Q: Do they have an initial charge when first opened or do they have to charge before use?
A: Hello Megan, Thank you for reaching out with this great question! We are the manufacturer and wanted to reach out with a clarification in addition to Target's answer. Most of the heyday earbuds do have some charge when fresh out of the box, but it usually only lasts for a few minutes. When the charge is low you can experience connectivity issues with these earbuds, so, although you should be able to test them right out of the box for a minute or two, we would highly recommend giving them a full charge right after that. We hope this information helps! If you need further assistance we would recommend emailing our Tech Support Department at support@ttinno.com or referring to this simple YouTube video about how to use our heyday earbuds. Thank you and have a great week! https://youtu.be/H9fpwQxWd3Q

Q: When I try to pair them to my device, they seem to be individually Bluetooth. So like when I turn them on it pops up as heyday 11 two times instead of one and one connects to the right one, one left
A: Hello! Thank you for your review and feedback! We are the manufacturer and wanted to reach out with a few tips. Both ear buds must be paired with each other the first time out of the case, before being paired with your phone or other bluetooth enabled device. Both earbuds should be removed from the case, placed in your ears, and then when you hear the tone they are ready to be paired with your phone. These steps are critical the first time you use them after purchase, if they were not followed then you may need to return them to the retailer for a new pair. But make sure to take both ear buds out of the case and wait for the pairing tone when you first use them. We hope this information helps! Q: What are the dimensions of the earbud case, I plan on making a carrying case for my granddaughter’s that she just received recently.
A: “Hello Denise -We thank you for your interest in the heyday™ Bluetooth Wireless Earbuds. The dimensions are 5.14 inches in length, 1.25 inches in height, and 2.52 inches in width. We are confident that you will find it enjoyable. – Chris”
submitted byChris - 3 months agoTarget staff supportA: Hello Denise! We are the manufacturer and wanted to reach out with a clarification to the retailer's answer they gave yesterday. I am guessing they were giving you the dimensions of the box that the earbuds and case come in, because what they gave you was not right. The case is a round circle shape that is fatter at it's middle then at it's edges, so it is not easy to measure (see the pictures of the case on Target's website to better understand the shape). It's height and length are about the same at 2.6 inches, and at its widest point through the middle is 1 inch and at the edges it is only about .44 inches. If I wrap a flexible sewing measuring tape around the case top to bottom and side to side (at the fattest part) it measures about 5.22 inches. We hope this information helps! If you need further assistance please email our Tech Support Team at support@ttinno.com. Thank you and have a fabulous day!
