Hello, Thanks for your honest feedback. To reset your earbuds, please follow these troubleshooting steps: Hold the power button for approximately 10 seconds to perform a reset. Alternatively, place the earbuds into the charging case and then remove them for a ""soft"" reset. Another method is to fully drain the battery, then recharge and turn them back on. Ensure that your earbud case is fully charged. If holding the power button doesn't resolve the issue, try lightly pressing and holding down the touchpads of the earbuds while they are in the case. After a few moments, both earbud LEDs should flash red and white, indicating they are ready for pairing. If the problem persists, please consider the possibility of water damage, as our product is not waterproof. If your earbuds get wet, dry them as much as possible with a towel or napkin. Additionally, remember to dry the sweat from the earbuds after each workout. If you have followed these troubleshooting steps and water damage is not a concern, it is likely that you have a defective product. Please return it to Target for a refund or exchange.
