We use the quinoa flour along with the whole wheat and spelt to make Indian roti. The softness of this flour helps cut the hardness of the whole wheat. Love the taste and texture!

Not much flavor, so adding spices a must. I made tortillas with it, it reminded me of a crepe, but it was very flexible, pliable. Kind of unusual texture. I am sure it is healthy. I prefer cassava flour for tortillas.
Great, versatile product.

Quinoa flour is quite versatile being delicious in pancakes and muffins. I will typically make the zucchini orange muffins on the back of the bag. However, I have found that no additional sugar is necessary and even healthier.

I bake dog cookies with this, one of my dogs had a terrible problem with yeast overgrowth on his feet and stomach. The cookies I had been baking were feeding his unwanted yeasts so I read like crazy and found flours that didn’t add to his problems and after prolonged topical treatments and careful choices with his foods and treats he is yeast free. This flour is easy to bake with and I mix it with coconut flour and garbanzo bean flour and other tasty things for their cookies.
Excellent Flour for Gluten Free Baking

I really like using this quinoa flour. I pretty much substitute it for other gluten free flours. Most gf blends, like Bob's 1:1 (an excellent flour) have rice flour and potato starch. I recently found out that both rich and potato cause inflammation like the night shade vegetables. I always tried to avoid those as I have osteo arthritis and tomatoes and eggplant make it worse. Now I found out that rice and potato also contribute to osteo arthritis pain. So I use quinoa flour whenever I can. It is a very healthy choice as it is much higher in protein than most gf flours.

Best Vegan Waffles

Very "nutty" in flavor so be aware you may need to use twice or thrice your normal extract or spices depending on how much you like it's natural aroma, but it's totally worth it. This flour made the best vegan waffles I've ever had and even though it's more expensive than other flour, I think it's worth it because I'm able to skip making vegan sausage to go with them! Low on bread or tortillas? Just add water make a savory flatbread like you would a pancake. This purchase has proven to be a very helpful investment for me.

Worked great in a GF bread recipe I had. I had to roast it first. I don't experiment, just follow others recipes. I was delighted that I didn't taste any quinoa in the bread. Getting the prepared flour is much better than trying to make my own. There's nothing I don't like about the flour.

Love it. Favorite: Quinoa Muffins. Can’t find it locally any longer, must be too expensive, or people don’t know how to use it.

Good for a balance in GF baking mixes, with sorghum flour, buckwheat too. Gluten free baking is more challenging, but so worth it. Adding Xanthum gum is important too.

Used it to make flatbread yesterday and loved it. I substituted one ingredient that made them a little softer/wetter than I wanted so I'm now on the hunt for quinoa flakes.

I add just a small amount (about 1/4 cup in one loaf) to my ancient grains breads. This amount, when eaten regularly, feels about right.Too much and the bread does not rise and tastes, well, a little too healthy! My orders from Bob's have arrived securely packaged and as fast as they can get them shipped.
