We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on the warm surface; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help!

The handles are unpleasant to touch(grippy silicone). Please only buy these if you have tried both types of pans and like them.They are good quality but as a set I prefer to not mix stainless steel and silicone.

Love the pan. The ceramic surface is far superior to traditional nonstick pans. Cleanup is easy. The pan is relatively flat making for a larger cooking surface. Best of all it's knowing there are no toxic chemicals. Wish I would have purchased this pan sooner.

I needed new cookware compatible with an induction cooktop. I also wanted cookware which did not contain any PFOA or PTFE coating. I never heard of GreenPan before, but I've enjoyed watching Bobby Flay on various cooking shows. The pricing seemed to be the best value i could find and this set seemed to be a well thought-out mix of ceramic and stainless steel cookware. I think the Bobby Flay by GreenPan cookware is the perfect match for an induction cooktop.

Purchased this pan as a gift for my husband and we are both fans of Bobby Flay. Immediately noticed a huge improvement in even distribution of heat and the way the food crisps up in this pan. Now I think I might want ALL the Bobby Flay cookware collection. Ha ha. Very good pan. Very satisfied customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved this 12" stainless steel, ceramic, nonstick pan with lid from Influenster in exchange for a non-biased opinion. I really love kitchen "gadgets" so I was extremely amped up waiting on this pan to arrive and it did not disappoint! (And has not disappointed since!) It is impossible not to notice how sleek and stylish the pan is when unboxing, although was really surprised and how heavy it was, which isnt a bad thing, the pan is very durable Everything I have made has been evenly cooked due to the stainless steel, and I have not had ONE single stick issue and it's amazingly easy to clean due to the nonstick ceramic finish! Not to mention it has a glass lid with a perfect fit if I need to simmer, retain heat or just cover! I love it. I use this pan almost daily and ai have added one more to my growing collection so far! If you're in the market for durable, efficient and budget (and cooking and cleaning) friendly.... then in my opinion this is the pan for you!

The absolute best set of cookware I’ve ever used! To be able to prepare foods in a more healthy way and doing so without cooking with excessive oils or non-stick sprays is the best! And most of all, this cookware DOES NOT COST AN ARM AND A LEG!!!

Nice pan. Heavier than the one it's replacing, but it has steel in it. The handle is also less-comfortable than the one on the pan that's being replaced. The squared-off edges are not good for arthritic hands. So far, so good, as far as cooking with it is concerned.
