A: I received my set today and they all only measured 1.5” deep. I bought them because I thought they were 3.5” deep. Definitely not 3.5!

I just moved to America as a student on an exchange trip and figured that I could buy a cheap set of pans as I'm only here for 4 months, but I was sorely mistaken. Upon using them for the first time, I turned the stove to medium high to preheat and realised that the pan started smoking within a minute. The bottom had completely melted and fused to the glass surface and my kitchen was instantly filled with toxic fumes that took days of ventilation to get rid of. After seeing similar reviews I'm shocked that they are still being sold. These pans are highly unsafe and not fit for purpose.

Home cook for over 30 years. These pans are good quality for the price. Many negative reviews are from improper use by purchasers. Such as heat too high or various other factors that are clearly outlined in the packages instructions. Read and follow the to do/ not do information including. I purchased September 2024 as online order car pickup. My one complaint is that the sides are very low or short. Hard to contain loose foods like ground meat or scrambled eggs. Ideal for foods such as pancakes or other solid foods that will need flipping. I will likely need to buy an additional taller sided pan for my cooking needs.

+Two stars because it’s nonstick and functions properly for that purpose, -3 stars because the first time I used the pan it literally fused to my stovetop? Like melted onto it??? I’m not sure if the paint melted or there’s some sort of factory residue… just be careful! Had to yank it off my stovetop with brute force and it left a circle of hardened bubbly material behind. The bottom of the pan is also bubbly and has a scratchy texture now.

Do not buy these. I purchased these on December 23, 2023 and they are already flaking apart. Now I’m past the return window and for all the pans I bought in this brand it’s $50 down the toilet. Very upset because this is usually a very reliable and reputable brand. Do not waste your money!!

These pans are at most, two months old. I have only ever used wooden or rubber utensils with them. I do, however, stack them in the cupboard and maybe that's what scratched them. If so, they scratch way too easily. Those are pretty deep scratches for just one pan sitting in another. I don't have a suitable kitchen for hanging all my pots and pans so I put them, gently, into a cupboard. Even the cheap Ikea set I had previously never scratched like these. I really like the color and the fact that the handles aren't screwed in, but the scratching is a deal-breaker. They're cheap enough to replace, but not several times a year.
