What it Does

Q: Is the regular bodyglide only for boys or can girls use it too? Also is the bodyglide for her only for girls?

A: Hi Emily, all of our products can be used by any gender. The blue product is our original formula. We add additional hydrating ingredients to the magenta product for more sensitive skin. Please let us know if we can answer further questions.

A: Yes, the product can be used head to toe to prevent chafing, blister, hot spots caused by rubbing. Apply on your feet where you know or think you may be getting hot spots or foot blisters.

Q: Does this for ocean chafe? Is it waterproof?

A: The product can be used to prevent chafing while swimming in the ocean. Our products have been used by many open water swimmers. It is water resistant and most people do not need to reapply as it does not come off until you wash it off with water & soap.

Q: is this scented? What is the difference between this one and the one that is called " Body glide for her"?

A: Both the Body Glide Body and For Her balms are unscented. The For Her balm starts off with the same great anti chafe base as the Body balm and then adds in coconut & sweet almond oils as well as Vitamin F. It is great to use on sensitive skin and/or in sensitive places.

I’m disappointed in this product esp since so many redditors raved over this. 1. The first 20 uses-it’s useless. The “glide” stick is still ROUGH aka you’re not really rubbing any of it into your skin. After the 20th use, it finally smoothens down and works 2. This product runs out in 40 minutes during a workout. Gotta reapply. Really annoying considering the Megababe can last at least 80 mins with 1 use 3. This cap is so loose, I put the item in my bag & the cap fell off. Like whoa… I’m super disappointed.

Tried the Megababe balm and it did nothing, so gave this one a try. World of difference. Reapplied about 3x/day while walking roughly 20,000 steps in shorts at Universal Studios with zero chafing. Compact and easy to reapply when hitting the bathroom. This product has opened up so many opportunities for me as I can now wear shorts/skirts every day in the summer. All I can say is thank you!

Kept chafing to a minimum during a 4.5-hour marathon - the second half of which was in the rain! I'm a woman but purchased Body Glide Original Anti Chafe Balm because the reviews were better than for the woman-specific line. No complaints here. My lower back (around my waistband) still chafed a bit, but it really wasn't bad, and I'm not sure any product could really combat 4.5 hours of running in high humidity then rain.

I’ve used BG for 20 years because it’s the best for preventing irritation and blisters during a run. It’s pricey, however , so I wish you’d start selling the larger 2.5 oz. size. It’s a better value.
