My hopes were that I could carry it with me and take it whenever I started feeling stressed and irritable and it would help to calm me. I've taken it a few times now, but unfortuately haven't noticed a difference.

Natural Grocers only had the Ignatia amara one available so that is the only one I tried. It seems to help. I would like to try other ones. I love the container and how it dispenses and looks. So nice that the little balls just melt in your mouth.

Eventually I was able to open it but then I got confused with the dispenser. I did figure it out though. The pellets had good flavor.

It was easy to toss in my purse and go as far as the effects, I do believe the Ignatia amara has helped me feel calmer. I will say it took a couple of days to feel intended result.
