I often have an uneasy digestion of food and keeping on probiotics always helps. I normally take a 5bcfu one, but switched to this one for about 15 days and i noticed a big difference in feeling less bloated, which is great! The pearls can get stuck in your throat so i suggest taking a swig of water, then the pill, then more swigs of water to get it down easy. Note: this happens with my other pearl type probiotic, theyre just dry so are prone to sticking

They are so small and cute, I dropped one and couldn’t find it if that gives you any clue of its size😬. Then they are definitely effective. I have acid reflux and stomach issues, but when I tell you taking these have helped out so much with my stomach!! I am so glad I was chosen to try this product and I tell everyone I come in contact with about it!!

I feel like they have made me feel better stomach wise and have made my skin clearer. I also usually can’t take vitamins without food but I don’t have that problem with these.

I have been taking other strains of prebiotics for years, but was curious about changing. Since I started taking them I’ve felt more stable, but I need to try them for longer before I can assure that they are helping out. The pills are easy to swallow.

Digestion related issues can stem from so many various factors and the foods that you put into your body can play a huge role. I did not start to notice any changes until about 2 weeks of consistent taking one of these pearls. The main symptom that I’ve noticed is decreased bloating and less stomach cramping. I think that these pills are worth a shot if you have digestive related issues!

The photo for reference because these things truly are tiny. I felt like there were lots of pills for the size of the box likely meaning a good value for the price (though i don’t know the price as I received them as a free sample). I cannot speak much to their functionality as I was not experiencing stomach issues when I tried them, however I had no side effects in taking them.

They actually look like a pearl, very easy to swallow. I like that they are not big. I took these for a few weeks and I did notice less bloating and it was easier to to the bathroom. The only side effect I noticed was my stomach hurt a bit the first few days and had a bit of extra gas but those went away with continued use. I would recommend these.

They are very small and easy to swallow,. The blister packaging is not the easiest to maneuver, I have dropped the pill a few times while trying to open it. Despite the packaging I will continue to purchase these as it makes my stomach feel much better.

My stomach seems to be a little less bloated. I think I would have to take it longer to really know what kind of benefit it will really provide. The pills are small and easy to take though, and any probiotics are good for you.
