So I purchased this and within 2 weeks the right bud quit working and the buds won’t stay charged for a full 8 hours! UGH!!

I bought these 2 weeks ago. This is a great product. The earbuds fit well and snugly in my ears, and they don't fall off. The sound is great with good bases and a great dynamic range. I listen to classical music, and currently organ music in particular. The low notes come through amazingly well, I can hear the "vibration" of the concert hall or the church where the organ was recorded. As to the noise cancellation, the Quiet mode is better than that of my other big brand era buds. It completely cancels the noise of dishwashers, clothes dryers, microwave ovens, and the voice of people talking, even when they are taking to you.

I got these for Christmas and haven’t even been able to use them much. Terrible quality! Randomly disconnects, one wouldn’t connect to Bluetooth on my brand new iphone randomly for 2 weeks and then suddenly started working again for no apparent reason. Frustrating to say the least! The sound is good, but does that really mean anything if it doesn’t work consistently?!

If you need them to connect to a PC, tablet, laptop, or basically anything besides a phone, good luck! It's going to constantly disconnect and cut out! Oh that "dual pairing" feature? Yea it's completely useless and never once works. If you try to switch between your PC audio and phone for example, it just turns them both off. The only positive reviews you are going to see are about their fit and sound quality which are both very good, but sort of useless if you can't even connect to your device half the time. Just search up reviews on reddit and you will find nothing but people failing to get these to connect to their macbook or any other non phone device. It's like Bose's quality testing team tries the headphones on one phone for like 2 seconds to see if they connect and then give them the green light. I used to be a huge fan of Bose but now I can see they've cheaped out and become the same garbage as everyone else. RIP Bose quality of the past

I purchased this product with high expectations. They are great when it comes to noise cancellation. I have yet to see what else they can do, but they don't stay in my ears. I have adjusted and switched the attachments that came with it. It seems that my ears are to small for the bud to stay within my ear. As soon as I bend over or am constantly moving they slip or fall out of my ear. With the work that I do I can't afford for them to do that. I'll have to try again and look for a product that fit small ears.

I purchased these in March and now it's April. One of the buds stopped working and a small piece broke off . The sound quality is really good though but it sucks that I haven't had them for so long and one of them is busted already. Mind you, I hardly use them.

Being a big fan of Bose quality, I am disappointed by the poor quality of the craftmanship of these earbuds. You can tell that the physical quality is inferior to any of Bose earbud offerings. I'd rather Bose focus on quality than make an inferior product to target a budget market. Only one ear works with any degree of consistency. The touch of the earbuds is usually unresponsive. The rubber bands do not stay in place and make for an ill fit. The earbuds also struggle to fit in the grooves of its case. I prefer the wider horizontal design. The bass option does not increase bass. The noise cancellation is good, and I like the awareness option to tune me in and out as necessary. But I would not recommend this "Bose budget buy" after being an owner of the Bose QC earbuds from 2020. I will be returning the earbuds. Yes, I have tried troubleshooting but the quality is poor and it requires daily troubleshoots.

Gently stretch the band over the eartip, making sure the hole in the band aligns with the vent on the earbud and that the tab on the top of the band fits in the notch on the top of the earbud. Press down until the band fits securely into place, then check for alignment. I honestly never write reviews, but after I got these… I absolutely had to. Their quiet mode saved me when I had a migraine at a basketball game. They fit perfectly in the ear and don’t make them sore after wearing them for a long time and I love the style of them and how cute they look. The sound is great and aware mode is also helpful when you don’t want the noise cancelling on and want to be aware of your surroundings, it feels like it actually picks up noise from further away but still muffles it. I heard someone’s conversation from like 5 rows back! I can’t explain it but I 10/10 recommend.
