I have been in the BOSE & in the APPLE ecosystems for years. I decided to change my earbuds from Apple to Bose. The Bose buds are very comfortable and look great. The sound is typical Bose - deep base etc. You are either a fan or you are not. The EQ works well in reducing the base when needed. I love the sound. Now the shocker!. The case is made of cheap plastic, the lid is flimsy, and no mag charging. Come on Bose this is not good enough for such an expensive premium product. You have premium buds in a case that even TEMU would be embarrassed by the poor quality. You can do better.

When they work, they are great. However, I been having an issue with these earbuds, and the case, being non-responsive, no lights, no sounds, nothing. They're fully charged and the only way for these earbuds, and the case, to do something is to put the case on the charge cord for a few seconds and then they are all responsive with lights lighting on the case and everything works until it goes inactive. I'm not sure what's going on but I shouldn't be having issues with a well-known brand at the price point I purchased these QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds. I've bought Bose products before and this is the first time I'm having buyer's remorse. I will be returning these very soon.

My first brand new pair broke, I wrote to Bose and they replaced my pair minus $100 off a new pair. Now, out of nowhere these just shut down with some bass pop sound and then come back on like a reboot.

I absolutely love these earbuds! I have several brands that never fit my "little ears". After reading reviews I decided grab these when they went on sale because they kept haunting me 🤣. I'm glad I got them because they are awesome and they fit! They fit amazing, and the sound quality is phenomenal. I really love the app which allows you to choose the setting for your "sound". When with the kids I can put the earbuds in "aware" mode and it allows be to head my music and still be able to head the kids a "bit" and these 2 other mode that block iut sound and immerse which lets you hear the sound more than the background noise

I bought the earbuds 2 weeks ago and though they are excellent quality in all respects, I have now given them to my wife to try. As a deaf person, I optimistically thought I could hear someone speaking if I stopped the music and listened to that person instead, but this was not the case. The volume control was not loud enough when listening to music and conversation with the earbuds in was impossible for me.

I use public transport and absolutely hate the inconsiderate people who listen to their phones on hands free, sometimes subjecting the rest of us to a two way conversation! So my daughter suggested noise reducing headphones to me. I did some research and liked the reviews given to Bose. .Incredible quality, it has to be experienced.
