My only thought is when using the charging disk did not get a tight connection and seemed way too loose maybe built in locks to secure cable

I was given a speaker as a gift so I purchased a se one for surround sound or stereo. I love the sound. I can't figure out how to pair them, I try several times and then it works. I think there is a way, but the instructions I found online vary. I'm also have some connection issues with my phone, and the sound is in and out when my phone is too far. It isn't far enough it should cause issues... so I'm not sure whats going on there.

Heard one of these at a friend’s house and it sounded so good that i ordered one. I have several blue tooth speakers, but this one is the best sound-wise. Lots of volume and deep bass for such a small speaker. When i put it on the floor in the corner of a room it fills the room with great sounds and amazing bass. I listen to classic rock and this speaker is great for that music. The only thing I will find out in time is battery life. Other than that unknown, great speaker.
