It stores up to 30 readings, universal cuff to fit adult arms, the screen is big and easy to read, great color coded hearts, it even detects irregular heartbeats. Great value for the money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Braun Exactfit 2 Blood Pressure Monitor works great. It was so easy to set up. You just add the 4 AA batteries to the monitor and plug in the hose connected to the arm wrap and you are all set. The reading only takes a few seconds and doesn't hurt. It is just a short squeeze and the reading is done. It is very portable and easy to use for everyone. The one downfall is the arm wrap is smaller and may not work well for a muscular large arm, but it still takes a good reading from what our past blood pressures have been. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Putting it on requires a learning curve, it’s hard to do one handed. If you tighten it first then put it on and use the bar to adjust it, that seems to work better. It’s accurate. Same numbers as when the doctor took it 2 weeks ago.

The color code lets you know how is your pressure, you are looking for a green heart. It is small and light so you can take it with you anywhere you go.

The readings are accurate and dependable from my review and the machine itself is very easy to use. Due to its small size it would be very easy to travel with it also. The cuff is comfortable and the readings were quick.

As a nurse, I can take other people’s blood pressure manually but had no way of monitoring my own. This unit seems to be very accurate when compared to a manual result. It’s compact and very easy to use. The cuff is easily applied with one hand and the monitor does the rest. The reading was calibrated very quickly. It also shows heart rate and a color coded meaning of the results. There also appears to be a memory function which I have not yet used.

The quality is great and durable and readings are accurate. It's very convenient and easy to use. It's light also so we bring this when we go travel. Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Consensus: mixed based purely on variables. Reference: nursing student and PCT in an acute care hospital setting. Quality: the cuff fits well, is easy to put on to achieve a tight fit and the Velcro is very Velcro-y which is a big plus! Machine is compact and stores easily back into box. Details: I’ve tried this cuff and monitor in various settings, applications to arms and multiple times in a row. The fact is there are too many variables in order to achieve an actual determination on the accuracy of this item. I’ve tested this with both a manual and a NBIP hospital BP monitor and the results were similar but also sometimes wildly different. I know these the hospital machines used to be monitored and calibrated often to ensure accuracy. (First): accuracy. I took my BP multiple times with this monitor and received WILDLY different results. Systolic read anywhere from 96 to 135 to 161 to the results in the above photo. Diastolic usually sat around 75 except for one outlier of 56. Now I do not have high blood pressure. I regularly monitor it given my age and lifestyle. So that this sometimes gave me wild outliers indicated that the machine either is moderately inaccurate or another set of variables came into play. Which brings me to the (second) point: Did I have the right cuff size? Did I place it on my arm correctly? Did I have my arm in the correct position? Was I moving while taking the reading? ALL of these factors, no matter the reading implement, affect the results of the blood pressure reading. Can I say whether this works? (Third): When it is applied correctly and my arm is in a resting position lower than my heart I believe the reading to be most accurate. Additionally, my arm is also on the large end of the cuff, a longer cuff may also give me a more accurate reading. TL;DR: too many variables to determine ultimate effectiveness. Be sure to CAREFULLY read the instructions. User error will most often affect results and provide inaccurate readings. (Regular maintenance and Calibration of doctors office or hospital equipment can also affect/influence overall viewpoint on accuracy)

I took my Blood Pressure each morning the same time to get a more accurate reading. There is a color coded heart, from green (average) to red (high). I really appreciate the memory feature to track blood pressure over time. The one weakness of this device is that it doesn't have different user profiles, so it is best used by one person rather than a couple or family. It is the most compact/portable device I've personally seen. For those who, like me, aren't trained to interpret blood pressure data, the device shows a color-coded (green-yellow-orange-red) heart with each reading. Very nice! It shows both blood pressure and heart rate. It needs four AA batteries, which came included!
