Q: How to chg from metric to regular reading?
A: Hi Kathy, if you follow these steps you should be able to change the Units. 1. When the monitor is off, Press 'SET' to display the time, then hold 'SET' to enter the year selection. 2. Press 'MEM' to change the year. Each press will cycle the year up. 3. Press 'SET' when the correct year is selected and enter the next steps. 4. After you select the year the heartbeat monitor will switch to the next setting. Follow steps 2-3 to set up the Month/Day, Time Format, Hours/Minute, Positioning Symbol, and Units. When you've completed set up the screen will display 'donE' followed by all of your settings and shut off.

Q: showing metric reading, how to get to reg?
