This was my first Burt’s Bees cleanser, and having genetically oily/problematic skin as an adult and throughout most of my life, became an instant fan of the product and the brand. It cleanses without drying like others. Noticeable decrease in oil level in two weeks..highly recommend.

Product seems to be ok so far, but I will not be purchasing again. Very frustrating paying for a a product that is only half filled in the packaging! It’s just like buying chips, half the packaging is air.

I live in a very cold climate, and am outside many hours a week -- for exercise and sometimes work. I am in my 50's, so weather has taken a toll on my face that didn't show when I was younger. So, I was offered a sample of this a few months ago, and loved it. I now buy this from Target to gently wash my face. I started using it this week -- when the windchill temps were well below 0. Typically, with that kind of weather, my face would get chapped. But getting home tonight, and smoothing my fingers on my face, clearly, this cleanser does a deeper heal than I expected; no chapped face. I like the gentle, almost honey smell, which is very mild. But, not only does it gently clean my face, it seems to condition it. Since using this, touching my face feels like my skin is 20 years younger. The only other product I tried didn't penetrate to heal below the top surface of my face. I didn't expect this Burt's Bees cream cleanser to literally reverse the aging/weatherization process. The application process is super easy. I lightly apply about a dime-size amount and rub it a little bit into my skin on my face. I wash with warm/almost hot water and pat dry. I also use Cerave Healing lotion on my face in the Winter -- but this Burt's Bees gentle cream cleanser is what really made the deep skin layers difference. This product exceeded all of my expectations.

I absolutely love Burt's Bees! The gentle cream cleanser is amazing! I'm about to get my 3rd bottle of this and it works so well. I use it 2x a day along with also using goats milk soap to cleanse. I also use salicylic acid wipes, benzoyl peroxide wash, and benzoyl peroxide cream. My acne has diminished a lot and I still get breakouts, but they are very mild and on occasion. Please don't change this product

Must have changed the formula. I’ve used this product for a decade without issue, but now I’m breaking out as bad as I did in high school. I had thought it was just the moisturizer causing the issue, but turns out this cleanser was causing the breakout as well. Now, I’m using a new cleanser and moisturizer, and the breakout is going away. Will not use this product again.

This cleanser made me break out after one use. I am in my 30s and rarely get acne anymore. I thought it would be a good choice for me since I have sensitive skin, but it definitely wasn’t.

I've been struggling with oily skin for all my life, paid so much money on products to fix it, and on a whim I tried this and it's actually the only thing to work. It feels good, my oily skin stopped and is now normal, I physically feel the difference when I touch my skin. This is the only thing that's ever worked for me and I'm shocked every day.

I’ve tried it for several months and it does nothing to cleanse skin or hydrate. It does leave a film layer on my face which I thought was to help hydrate but it actually doesn’t. There are better products out there.

Once again, you discontinued a good product to make a cheaper, less effective product. First you discontinued the foundation makeup my skin loved, and now it's the sensitive skin cleanser. You obviously don't care about those of us who have very sensitive skin and don't want to go through trial error again. Since you were purchased by Clorox, your product line keeps getting worse. No more Burt's Bees products for me. Stick with what works and stop changing/discontinuing good products with no notice.
