First off, Theo choclate is one of my favorite sweets to have when I'm feeling a little naughty. The fact that this coffee is a collaboration with them, just blew my mind. Secondly, if you have someone that is self proclaimed "dark roast obsessed", this coffee will not dissapoint. Nuanced enough to impress others, but also smooth enough to be my daily morning cup. Can't get enough!!

You had me at Theo Chocolate! This coffee although doesn’t have chocolate mixed in, it has notes of baking chocolate that give you that warm childlike feeling while sipping your morning coffee. And its FairTrade / Organic!

Smooth, flavorful, and not too bitter. Excellent as single pour or Chemex, and holds up well to some frothed oat milk. A little speedy, but a great occasional treat. A favorite in our home!
