Q: Are these compatible with induction cooktops? It says these are compatible with induction cooktops, but when I tested them with a magnet it wouldn’t stick.

A: Calphalon responded back to me saying it is NOT compatible to induction cooktops. This needs to be taken off the description.

I brought a celphanon hard- ionized set 14 yrs. Ago that I am still using as of today , My husband bought us a few other pan sets over the years which were just too heavy and didnt like , Because food would get stuck while cooking especially the frying pans , Even when we paid 10 times as much for other pans we still prefer using the calphalon pans much So I’m now looking for couple of new pans to replace some that we over used through the years. This is the best purchase anyone can make. I really recommend them. . .

Pots are way too small for cooking nowadays. 10 piece set isn't too accurate. The 2 spoons you can buy anywhere, and should not be counted. The griddle also is more of an niche item that some people like and others don't. Over all not worth the price for what i paid.

Pans utilize less fat, heats evenly and pots boil water at least 50% or more, quicker….no more waiting a half hour for water to boil pasta water! Highly recommend!
