Our Casabella Upright Sweep Set combines our popular Tough Sweep angled broom with our standing dustpan to give you an unbeatable cleaning pair. The angled broom can get into any tough corner or crevice. The tight bristles are made of 95% PET bristles and the broom is made from recycled plastic so you can feel good about your cleaning. The dustpan has a built-in rubber lip that seals the pickup gap, basically allowing you to only make a single pass with the broom to be able to pickup all the debris at once. Less energy expended, more time saved. The upright standing design means you don't bend over when sweeping the dust up, while a built-in scraping comb that lets you keep the bristles dust free. For convenience, the dustpan is re-positionable to allow hanging and storing, and a handy clip holds the broom and pan handles together so both can store together.

A: Good day “Just Asking”. Yes. When the Duspan is folded up, the Sweep Set can stand upright by itself for easier storage.

A: They are a medium firmness. They are not so soft that they don't pick up anything and they are also not completely stiff where there is hardly any give for sweeping.

Q: Does the dust pan part fold up nicely or does it seem like it's going to easily break? I recently bought a different brand that broke during first use.

A: Good afternoon Hope. Yes. The Pan folds-up after use for easy storage. There is a small rectanlglar lime-green locking-tab on the back of the pan / pole; to secure the pan into an upright position; so that it stays flat onto the floor surface being swept. After use, by simply depressing the tab to unlock it from its flat position allows the user to easily fold it upright. We trust the above helps you with your purchasing decision. The pan is flat on the ground, and it doesn't miss picking up the dirt. It's very sturdy. The broom is very sturdy as well. The bristles don't bounce back too much, and it sweeps very well.

I’ve purchased 4 of these broom dustpan sets to have them at different locations. They are perfect. I like that the broom head is smaller than the dustpan, it’s so easy to sweep up debris that has been dust mopped in a pile. The teeth work extremely well, I no longer have to get paper towels to collect hair from bristles. It’s so compact it is easy to use & put away without damaging the broom head. I don’t like when the broom is is the same size as the dustpan, it’s hard to maneuver the debris & you can never get get the comb to clean out the brush as quickly as you can with casabellas.

Love the dustpan but the broom handle is too short to actually sweep. Only good for sweeping into the dustpan so you need 2 brooms! One for actual sweeping and the shorter one to finish up.

Too short. Hurt my back. You couldn’t get all of the dust and dirt (what it picked up anyway) out of the back of the dustpan. No bueno.

The dustpan part is fine. The broom is much shorter than the broom in the Casabella dustpan/broom set I’m replacing. It’s a great size for my 7yr old, not great for anyone over 5ft tall. Also the quality of the broom isnt at the quality of my 3-4yr old Casabella set. Not sure why the quality and size changed so drastically. If I had purchased in a physical store I would return this but I order directly and the box was large so I’m not going to bother trying to return. I’d recommend making sure you really want a short broom before making this purchase.

The set itself can be great for light sweeping small particles, great for hardwood floors however, broom bristles are not super firm so using this item on carpet can be tricky. Lightweight.

I own a large parrot sanctuary and these birds shake and fling worse than a human toddler hating their Brussels sprouts! There is often a very short clearance to the cages and no room to manipulate a full sized broom with long handle - without banging into walls or other cages. THIS broom set is so ideal I bought one for each room and am about to buy another one for outside. I get more leverage and power with it than a longer broom - the stand up dustbin stays standing up as long as you snap it w/foot into position. It's perfect !

Bad quality on the connection of the pole with Pan

In the very first day, the connection between dustpan and its handle was broken during the light use. I had to fix it with my own screws (but the sideeffect is that the pole of handle cannot bend). I would have returned it but I threw aways the evidence of purchase (so I fixed by myself and kept it). I won't recomment this product.
