The added B6 and enXtrA Alpinia Galanga extract (Thai ginger) keep my mind sharp while tge ashwaganda keeps me smoothed out and relaxed. This is such a winning combination all in an easy to swallow pink pearlescent tablet (that perfectly matches the cap) i really like this product and will be purchasing more. I do however wish that it was also a multi vitamin in stead of needing to take it in addition too. I went into medical menopause the 7 years ago and I still have the side effects of regular menopause. I was really intrigued by this line of products for women. I actually love the packaging because it's not bulky and it has a safety seal. The pills themselves are unique shape. They're a rounded teardrop shape with a coating on it. They go down very easily even though they are on the larger size for tablet pills. One thing I will note is that the tablets do have a funny smell. It's most likely due to the Ashganwandha root. It doesn't have a bad taste however. That is the ingredient that provides the calming effect.l Going through menopause is hard but supplements like these make it much easier. I'm going to continue using these and I'm going to try the one for hot flash relief. It really does provide your body with things that are getting leeched out due to hormonal changes.

They don't really smell or taste like much of anything and they seem to be helping with the issues I've been having as I pass 40. I can't say for sure that they do anything, of course, but I haven't had any unpleasant effects so I'm happy with them.

The product itself seems like it works for the mood, I've been feeling lighter however my mind is all over the place from ADHD so not sure I can see a difference there because of that. Not bad for the cost of the product would recommend.

The pill itself is a bit big for me to swallow so I break it in half and take with water. I have more of a not so foggy mind and I don’t get AS moody , I still get my moods but not as bad. I would recommend any ladies going through menopause to grab you some of these and give it a try for it’s worth it!

As a woman, I must first tell you how much I love the packaging and the pill design of this formula! The bottle is slim, eliminating the usual bulk and clunkiness of usual supplement packaging and it has a precious pink pearl lid. Even more precious are the pink, pearl tablets with a tiny sunshine embossed in them. I love that Centrum was unapologetic about creating a product for women and took the time to design it with their tastes in mind which I feel is particularly celebration worthy for a menopause focused product. Too often, women exiting the child bearing years are made to feel like their femininity is waning but nothing could be further from the truth! Menopause is a fact of life and it is as much of a right of passage of womanhood as childbirth and menarche are. It deserves all of the pink and glitter and dazzle that every other feminine celebration deserves! So BRAVO CENTRUM! This may seem trivial to some but not to me and I applause you. Next, I feel that the formula was very thoughtfully made giving care to provide the user with a hormone-free and caffeine-free formula that supports mental alertness, attention, focus, and calmness. This particular formula also contains enXtra®, which has been studied for its ability to help relieve brain fog. Also included are KSM-66 and Ashwagandha, to aid with calming and de-stressing. Centrum also has other formulations for menopause support and I believe that pairing this formulation with their Menopause Support Complete Multivitamin would be a great combination to give you the vitamin support you need while also managing some of the symptoms of menopause in a hormone free way. There’s also a Restful Sleep formula for those grappling with insomnia. Centrum is a trusted brand with their own quality standards which SO many other brands don’t have.
