This supplement is one out of three that Centrum offers for menopause support. I bought all three to see if they could be helpful for me. For some reason, this supplement only has 28 pills while the other two menopause supplement types have 30 pills. So far, I have taken half of the pills and here is my review. The pill is large, but that is not a problem for me. It has a smooth coat and goes down easily. If not taken with copious amounts of food, it explodes in the stomach with a terrible acid reflux to follow. The first night, this woke me up and kept me up for a while. Take this product as early as possible. Even several hours before going to sleep. I take mine around 3 p.m. or right after the last time in the day that I have to drive my car. The first morning after taking it for the first time, I felt very dizzy. Like a sailor back on land after six months at sea. Luckily I didn't have to drive anywhere as it would not have been safe to do so. In the mornings, I wake up with a terrible taste in my mouth that I did not have before taking this supplement. The one positive I can say is that the supplement does seem to help me sleep deeper. As it kind of does what it promises, I will finish the bottle, but I will not buy it again.

So I have only taken this one night so far. I had a really hard time sleeping. It seemed to agitate my nerves for a few hours. I will say though once I fell asleep, I slept hard! I will come back in a few weeks and give another review.

I slept better less night sweats. Easy to swallow, no after taste. The main ingredients are natural which is a huge plus. I love the color of bottle and pills.

I also take other supplements in the evening, so I don’t know that I can attribute positives or negatives to these Centrum tablets. I don’t think they made anything WORSE at least. If I had a friend who had persistent night sweats, I might tell her to give these a try just to see if they helped.

It’s supposed to help with restful sleep and help with keeping the hot flashes at bay at night. I’ve been using it for maybe two weeks. I take it at night with the glass of water and it’s been helping with sleep not as much as I thought it would but it’s not bad so I think the product is OK. It’s not something I will ever buy on my own, I do appreciate testing it

I have night sweats and some mild hot flashes during specific days of the month and I started taking this supplements at the beginning of the month web I’ve noticed that my night sweat has definitely calmed down a lot and I’m able to have a more restful night. It doesn’t help that we are in the middle of summer but even with the AC blasting on me and a personal fan by my nightstand I am still suffering from the dread te night sweats. I’ve noticed how I got to rest a lot better while taking the supplements and how I felt a lot a happier and rested trough my days. Will definitely include this Centrum Menopause Support supplements to my daily intake of vitamins.

I only received a 28 day supply and a lot of medications or supplements take a few months to actually see a huge improvement. So it's kind of hard to actually give this a good review.

Foe the first time in forever, I am able to fall asleep pretty quickly, and if I wake up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, I can finally fall back to sleep. It worked that well the first night that I used it. It has even helped with the night sweats.. You better run and get you some. This is no joke!
