Love these canisters!! They are beautiful and shiny and look great in my small kitchen. The cookie jar size is very large, not sure where I will put it (as I said, very small kitchen), but I’m very pleased with this purchase and the excellent (though quite messy) packing!

Here it is. I have a terminal illness which makes doing seemingly easy tasks difficult and trying to keep the family focused on good days. Christmas this year was the latest victim in my upside down reality. I bought my sister these canisters in April 2020 for my identical twin sister because she has China dishes using the same “International Chef” cartoons on their products. I couldn’t believe I was so lucky to get the 4 canister set for her. Christmas 2020 was a very rough Christmas for me. I was too sick to attend so we kinda postpone Christmas until 2021. While my sister was opening her gift, she said ‘Great, now I need to figure out which ingredients will go in them’. There were only 3 canisters one lid does not fit the canister. Popped into Target Chat w/agent Alex who couldn’t or WOULDN’T help me with an obviously older purchase, not returnable purchase “under ‘normal’” circumstances. My situation is not textbook so I needed to convey to ‘Alex’ why I needed an exception to have a new set delivered ASAP and I would return the defective, an order that was missing 1 of 4 canisters. While I was typing a response, Alex disconnected me and now I needed to start with some new agent (after 45 minutes with a pointless, conversation w/Alex’. Next agent, Gia. After another round of pointless conversation, at the 1 hour mark, I must have said something that made her stop trying to fix my problem. I just had enough. Earlier I had purchased a few things on my Target Credit Card and had no open to buy when she flatly advised me she would charge me for a new set to be delivered, then callback to get that refunded. I told her I couldn’t because I had no open to buy. She earlier told me they didn’t have the 4 canister set and it was out of stock at every single store. As a previous supervisor for a major airline dealing with hundreds of front line people doing what Alex and Gia attempted. I told Gia, if I were quality controlling her call, I would make her unavailable after her call so she wouldn’t have another call coming in and I would have fired her on the spot. I did my homework, not only was the set available, it was available AT EVERY STORE FOR DELIVERY ON DECEMBER 29th!! I asked her why would she tell me a lie and she skirted around trying to cover her untruthful statement…Anyway. Today, I get emails basically telling me I wouldn’t be getting anything I had asked for with 2 agents but lovely enough? It was set up by Gia to take me directly to the purchase page ready to reorder on my Target card she knew was at its credit limit. I never wanted a refund. All I wanted is a replacement set with all 4 canisters and all lids that fit. Didn’t get it. No exception for what is really not allowed I understand that. But my circumstances were not normal. No new product, no response from the vender that she emailed to see what could be done. I would have it ready for someone to come and pick up the defective gift and start the process to send out a new set. Nothing.. I’m so upset that I had to get so upset for over an hour, and an hour wasted when it’s Christmas with someone who can’t rely on extra time anymore. I’m upset that my precious time was WASTED, TOTALLY WASTED FOR NOTHING. I will NEVER shop at Target ever again. NEVER. So I hope my twin sister is compliant to Target’s decision to not get her what I bought. I’m embarrassed, I’m upset and I wish I had my 90 minutes back with my family and just thrown the problem away. Thanks Target. Thank you for nothing. Thank you for creating an unhappy customer who will gladly share her experience on her blog with anyone who wishes to hear about my experience.

Goes perfect with our ensemble. Great quality! The best part is I ordered it late so it wasn't scheduled to arrive till December 28th. It came on Christmas Eve. I was elated I was able to give the gift on Christmas day.

These canisters are attractive, durable, and I just love them. They go great in my kitchen. I like the rubber seal on each canister to keep the food fresh. I was very pleased with the packaging of the shipment and the canisters arrived in excellent condition.
