Normal packaging. No scent. Good texture. I'm using twice per day in the morning and evening. My skin is very clean and fresh. Removes extra thing from face effectively. Have no info about ingredients.

This works fine, but I find the fragrance so strong and off-putting that I can't bring myself to use it. I didn't check the label bc it literally didn't occur to me they would put fragrance in a product meant for sensitive skin. I won't make that mistake again!!

I expect products for "Redness-Prone, Sensitive Skin" to be fragrance free. I am very disappointed to find that this face wash is not fragrance free. I will be changing back to the Aveeno Foaming Face Wash that I previously used. Very disappointed.

Formula has changed! Been using this product off and on for 15+ years. And my son has been using for years now also. He used tonight and broke out in a rash across his face. Itchy and uncomfortable. It also spread to hives on his arms. I’ve read other reviews now that it’s causing rash in lots of people. I would not recommend especially since it is geared towards those of us with sensitive, redness prone skin.

It’s fine. I usually like Cetaphil products, but this one’s smell is a bit strange to me and it doesn’t feel like it’s doing any deep cleaning. It’s just okay. Gets my face clean, but I’m not wowed and probably won’t be purchasing again.

I purchased this because it was recommended for redness. But after a few days, I noticed that I was having a reaction to it. I did notice the light scent when I used it but figured that it was ok since it's for redness reduction but that has to be why I eventually got a reaction.

I have oily red skin. When I started testing it, I thought it was effective, but it doesn't clean grease as well as other types of detergents. The most important thing is that it is without perfume. The packaging is very convenient. The ingredients are natural and very good. The price is average but I really liked the Benefit wash.

Does not irritate skin, no burning, or rashes. I wouldn’t say it calms the skin or redness, but doesn’t cause it to become irritated. So gentle it doesn’t clean pores very well, so I have to alternate with another cleanser so I don’t break out. Has a rose scent. Will continue to buy since the gentle formula gives my sensitive skin a break from harsher products.

I have long suffered from dry/flaky skin around the base of my nose which causes it to go bright red - I am sometimes asked by others if I have the flu! This is the first facial wash I have found that focuses on the redness (with the added benefit of being kind to sensitive skin!!) I love this face wash and use it every night before bed alongside my redness prone skin cream. It has helped heaps, not only on my skin but also for my confidence.

This product is great for adolescent, sensitive, dry, or dirty skin types. It is an affordable product that give you a clean fresh face. I recommend using the product in the shower as it is easier and less messy. Overall it is a 4/5 because it doesn’t get rid of all of the dirt and gunk that I want to cleanse my face of.

I have been enjoying this face wash recently as the weather gets colder and dryer. It doesnt appear to dry out or strip the oils from my face as much as other face cleansers. Perhaps not as good for those with oily skin since it didnt work as well for me during the summer, but its great for dry skin.

I bought this product knowing how gentle cetaphil products usually are. That was not the case with this face wash. The smell is so potent and irritated my skin terribly. I would not recommend this to anyone with Rosacea or sensitive skin.
