I’ve got sensitive skin and I find it doesn’t irritate my skin but leaves it feeling fresh. It’s natural feeling and a bit goopy, but that’s a good thing… instead of getting irritants and scents you don’t need in your product, you’re simply getting the active ingredients for clean, fresh skin.

I noticed it made my skin feel softer after the first use, but it’s not good for removing dirt/makeup and it doesn’t foam up like a normal cleanser, it feels like a moisturiser. Not usually what i would go for but it was nice to try something new!

Unfortunately this product broke out my skin. I loved the look of the ingredients, the scent was nice and Cetaphil is always affordable but this product didn’t seem to gel with me. I found my skin felt quite itchy after use and then broke out, I personally wouldn’t repurchase.
Great gentle sensitive cleanser for face.

Suitable for face and body, though it wouldn’t last long if you’re using for body - feel like you need quite a few pumps to effectively wash your whole body.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gentle Clean Cleanser is the most fitting name for this product. It leaves my skin feeling comfortable without the tight squeaky clean feeling other cleansers give. There is no scent and my skin feels like there is a light moisturiser layer after rinsing (but not a greasy film, just hydrated). I feel it is perfect for someone with sensitive skin who is after a simple, stripped down cleanser without bells and whistles that can irritate. That is exactly what the product is advertised as and I agree wholeheartedly with it. Personally I used it as part of my double-cleansing routine as I do have acne in some areas and I find I need the salicylic acid to keep it at bay. I would liken it to something I expect from The Ordinary; simple, does the one job it’s promising and does it well. Would I repurchase? Probably not for my skin needs, but if I didn’t have breakouts then yes.

Doesn’t feel drying after use and no fragrance so it doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin, good as a second cleanse on makeup days, or a quick clean on other days, handy pump pack so easy to use.

The packaging seems to work well and the pump gives a nice and pre portioned amount which means not too much of the product is wasted. I don’t know if I would necessarily purchase this again compared to others on the market, but at this stage it does seem to do a good job.
