The forest pout is made out of plastic and nowhere. Does it say that the blast plastic is BPA free? I’m a little disappointed in getting ready to return it.

You just fill it up with water, set it in the base, flip the switch down, and it lights up to let you know your water is boiling. Super simple to use for any age group. My dislike is that you cannot wash the kettle like you normally would, as it's not meant to be submerged in water. So I'd recommend using filtered water to avoid mineral build up.

I used to make hot tea with the Keurig but not anymore since I got the electric kettle! I love it, and it works perfectly for when I make the kids oatmeal. I will purchase another one for my mom!

Within 2 to 3 minutes, this kettle will boil water or whatever beverage you want heated. The blue LED lights illuminate when the water is heating and will shut off when it is ready. This kettle is cord free, so no getting tangled in the cord. It also has a swivel base that turns 360 degrees and has a drip free spout so that it is mess free and to avoid getting burnt. There is a removable lid for easy cleaning too and has boil dry protection. This kettle will be perfect for making hot chocolate quickly in the winter months. Another safety feature is when the water reaches the boiling point or is empty, this kettle will shut off. I highly recommend the Chefman 1.2L Electric Tea Kettle with LED Lights to have hot beverages quickly and safely!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Chefman tea kettle is AWESOME not only does it have cool led lights but it's also has safety features like automatic shut off, a removable lid and Boil-Dry Protection. We use our Chefman kettle multiple times a day and not only for tea. This boils water at a very high rate of speed making my 4 year old cousin who lives on Ramen noodles a very very very happy little man. We now use this kettle for anything that calls for very Hot water especially during the hotter months when I don't want to use the stove. If you love tea, ground instant coffee or even Ramen noodles like my little cousin this is a must buy you won't be sorry.

He usually doesn’t have time to eat lunch so will have a cup of soup or a miso soup mix and hot tea. This is perfect. Just fill the kettle When he gets into the office then plug it in when ready. Heats up so quickly you would think it’s new technology. Needless to say, he loves it!
