This is my 2nd CleanFlow. My first one lasted 3 years. It was GREAT! This one has been a fail. I’ve already returned it once and was sent another, and having the same issue. The water is flowing OVER the bowl. I’ve cleaned as directed in the manual, and it still flows over. Super bummed. The first one I had was the best dog filtering bowl I’d ever had. This one would be great if it didn’t overflow. :(

Love it! Works great for our two big outdoor loving dogs. If you don’t use a Lixit Dog Water dispenser this is the way to go. And K&H has great customer too!

I have had this for my dogs for years. The bowl is the only thing I wanted to replace when I bought a new one and that’s because I broke the lid. It’s perfect for my herd of 5, easy to clean and they enjoy the fresh water.

Got this fountain three years ago, still working great the motor does get loud from time to time that’s just my signal that the pump must be covered in hair and to give it a a good clean. I really don’t have any complaints other than it’s a bit noisy but it’s in the kitchen so it’s not too much of a distraction. What I do wish is that the dish / reservoir was made of stainless steel. It’s so much more hygienic than plastic. My animals live on a farm and the dogs will come in from god knows where doing god knows what, drink from the dish and then whatever they transfer it to the dish for the cats to drink from and if you know anything g about cats they are in their feeling about this. Even if it was more expensive I’d pay the cost for sure.

Great product except for the fact you can't replace the reservoir. For this reason I gave it one star. Reservoir I had cracked few month after purchasing. Now the product is useless since I can't purchase a replacement. Seems like a strange business practice in my humble opinion.
Love it

Overall I am really happy with this dog water dish. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats. One of the cats is very picky about her water being clean so this was perfect to help filter it. It is very easy to fill and easy to clean.

I love this water dish. This is our third since one of our dogs gets bored and chews them up when we’re not home. We now lock them out. The only thing I’d change on it is a way to get the top off the dish itself. I have to use a knife or screwdriver to pop it off.

I’ve had the big water fountain for about a year and I love it. It has pros and cons like everything will it’s a matter or what works for you. I have an English Bulldog and was looking for a fountain with a stronger pump so the water really Moves and cleans after my Bulldog leaves heavy long Sylvia strands and the filth they drop in there. This is exactly what I was looking for it has such a strong current. I ordered the biggest one 2gall I think so that his big wide head would fit and it’s huge I probably could have went with medium. You do have to clean every week due to slim and brown build up you would t drink after a week so why should they have no choice but to drink Nasty water plus you can see the color start to change please don’t by a fountain thinking You don’t have to clean for weeks because you do. The water bowl Is so big I don’t even need the top because by time it needs filling it’s Time to was, also out of laziness and wanting to sanitize the stinky water holding top because it starts to smell Musty I put in the dishwasher and it melted so don’t do that lol. One con is the filter one it’s just a mesh black filter for larger debris and spit but it smells musty after the first week and I tried cleaning I even put that in dishwasher trying to smell fresh and it still smells along with the dishwasher so I won’t put that back in for my dog to have in his water. Now I buy the rectangle replacements for other Brands all over Amazon and there better with charcoal and toss them when there nasty. There a tiny bit short but still better then musty and sometimes I shove one into the slots and one In front Of it higher up it’s a tight fit but that good water has to go through. Wish they would make a throw away filter for it to fit but it works my way and is cleaner. Also if you want it to run well the filter only Makes the noise when it’s full you have to take Apart and clean the filter if it’s getting noise with full water they always make noise when the waters low but if it’s making noise with lots of water clean the filter pump. I use the pump filters they go around the filter pump and keep debris from getting into the Pump and they have to be cleaned as often as filters. With my dog weekly I use the sprayer on the faucet to spray the gunk off the filter the first week and replace after the second but my dog is a little messy you may not have to do as much but you should because film builds up and your pet shouldn’t have to drink that filth and slim. All in all great fountains with a strong Flow especially for big dogs just use better filters. Huge bowl holds so much water Please clean your pets dish at least every week to get the slim and brown build up filth you wouldn’t drink and they have no choice. Fountains don’t make it so you don’t have to clean they just make the water filtered
Filter doesn’t clean top of water

My two kitties like it but only right after I change the water in it - which I’ve found needs to be done several times daily. The problem is that the surface of the water doesn’t go through the filter, and hair, and junk stays on the surface of the water. At first, I was filling the cleanflow cat fountain up higher than the holes the water goes through to the filter. When I saw that, I started filling it only partway up so that (as I thought) the surface of the water would go through the filter as well as the subsurface water. But after making that change, it wasn’t much better at keeping the surface of the water free of debris. And just this evening, about an hour after I had changed the water (again), I saw a small dead spider swirling around on the surface of the water. I realized that the filter should catch the dead little s. and so I watched it for a minute. After a couple minutes, it was still there swirling around. So I got close and watched for the pattern of where and when the surface water would go through the filter and the spider wound disappear and not reappear, since it should be caught in the filter. But that didn’t happen. It appeared that the surface water, with the dead s. wasn’t being sent through the filter at all, which explains why there was always hair and debris on the water after just a couple hours. (One cat likes to put her paw in the water, which isn’t unusual for a cat to do). I made a short video of the swirling spider. Mind, I had just the day before given a high rating to this CleanFlow Cat Fountain on the website of the large general retail store I ordered it from. Unfortunately, I just tried to upload the short video, but apparently only still shots are allowed to be uploaded. A still shot wouldn’t prove anything. Anyway, my 2 kitts do like to drink from this fountain, when its surface doesn’t have debris. And the motor is pretty quiet, enough so my 2 cats got used to it.
Not having good luck with two of them so far

I purchased the first one with the tank and the pump was noisy. TS tried to correct it over the phone but it still made a lot of noise. I then purchased another without the tank. This one is relatively quiet but the top of the unit has big gaps in it from a bad mold. Probably going to return this one too.

That it is the BEST fountain we have ever had. The new one was to replace the same one we had for many years. Only reason we replaced it was because I dropped it while cleaning and it broke.

I bought this product because my puppy would randomly pick up the water bowl and run around with it, spilling water everywhere which led to putting their water bowl outside. I felt like the dogs weren't drinking enough with the bowl being outside so I bought the K&H water bowl. It works great and the dogs are drinking more. Needless to say, the puppy isn't running around with it either.

I have 3 Bernese Mountain Dogs and this bowl is great. They always have fresh water to drink without the mess of having to share one bowl. This is the second time I have purchased this bowl and it does not disappoint. Will buy again!
