The mascara itself is decent, but the wand applicator is the issue. The bristles come off the applicator at a crazy rate. Ive bought mascara from tons of different brands at this point and this is the first time ice experienced this. I bought several during a sale and theyre all shedding so cannot recommend this product.

I recently purchased high impact hi-fi, after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. I read reviews how people had trouble with eyelashes breaking and falling out. I was skeptical but I was so wrong ordering this mascara. The same thing happened to me. The 800 number did absolutely nothing for me but made me take the time to box up the item they shouldn't be selling in the first place and find an ups location for drop off. They also had the nerve to say I had a reaction to their product. I think not, if other peoples eyelashes are falling out. After getting hung up on with customer service, I contacted them through email. No response. I am never buying Clinque again.

I like Clinique products and have used them for years but the High Impact Hi Fi mascara is more for younger women. I prefer the regular Clinique High Impact mascara iin black/brown.

The mascara isn't dried out or anything, but it clumps my lashes when I try to apply it. I think it's because too much mascara will stick to the brush, and it's hard to tell just by looking at the brush, so I'll go to apply it, and my lashes end up a mess! Sometimes this doesn't happen and it works fine, but 80% of the time it clumps my lashes and creates a disaster (which sucks, because mascara is the last step after doing the rest of my eyeshadow, so I'll have to start over again!!) I think Clinique has changed its formula or something because I've never had this issue in the past with this same exact mascara.

It went on lovely the first couple of times but hours later black flakes were all around my eyes, within a week this mascara went on with clumps and flaking though I'd make it work it only lasted an hour or so before it was black under your eyes and flaking everywhere.

One swipe may be okay, but overall the mascara is clumpy and on the dry side. There are so many exceptional mascaras sold, this would be at the bottom for me. Would not repurchase. Probably will just throw out. Surprised this is a Clinique product.

It doesn't feel like the usual clinique high impact mascara. It never used to smudge and now for some odd reason it does. So I opened another tube of it and it still smudges. Please bring back the old formula if there was ever one, until then not sure if I will be using this anymore.

I had been a MAC customer for years but found their customer service poor so started looking elsewhere.This product rocks it right out of the park! I'm so disappointed with this product. I stopped buying Clinique mascara because after about an hour it was flaked off and was all over my face. I was hopeful this mascara would be different; I was wrong. Though it does make my lashes look thick, it flakes off even worse than the previous mascara I used!! I just looked in the mirror and look ridiculous with black specks everywhere!! I'd love to return this product!!

After too long a time of trying to pretend this High Impact mascara was an acceptable substitute to the discontinued Naturally Glossy mascara, I am finally finished. The dryness and clumping have seemingly increased with each successive tube, having to discard them after just a few weeks of use. Clinique has not listened to its decades' loyal Naturally Glossy mascara fan base. Disappointing.
