Do not reuse empty container; offer empty container for recycling or discard in trash. Contains no phosphorus. Not harmful to septic tanks. KEEP BOTTLE UPRIGHT AND TIGHTLY CAPPED., DANGER: CAUSES BURNS TO EYES, SKIN, AND MUCOUS MEMBRANES. HARMFUL IF SWALLOWED. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothing. Wear safety glasses and rubber gloves when handling this product. Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water after handling. Do not ingest, taste or swallow. A: No, this product is not labeled for use in a toilet. The heat generated by the chemical reactions can crack the porcelain.

I recently purchased this item from Target as a cheaper alternative to my usual choice. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the product’s poor packaging quality. When I unpacked my items at home, I discovered the bottle had exploded inside my bag, ruining several other items I had purchased, which were ineligible for return. I was also concerned that there didn’t seem to be any evident tamper-proof sealing, which I would have expected for a chemical product. The product itself seemed like it would work as intended, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to use it for its full purpose. Read the reviews here and decided to try this over the name brand clog destroyer I usually use.
